Some time ago, Barcelona seemed as a very serious team to make an offer for him. I wonder whether they are still thinking about it though. Anyway I think they may not make an offer for him anymore if they reach an agreement with Robert Lewandowski. They are already having financial issues and they wouldn't afford both of them to me. In that case Manchester City would keep Sterling for at least one more season most probably. I believe he is still an important player for them.

Several big clubs are indeed interested in signing Sterling in this transfer market, such as Chelsea, Real Madrid and Barcelona. But so far only Chelsea are frontrunners for Sterling signature, it is reported that Chelsea have offered £60m for Sterling. We will see if sterling next move will be decided when he meets with the Manchester City board whether he will sign a new contract or if he really wants to leave Manchester City. with a productive age I think he will reap success if he chooses to leave City.

Sterling would be an exceptional signing for Chelsea. He is fast, skillful and still young. His signing might be compared to the signing of Hazard because they have to a large extent a similar style of play. But I doubt if Manchester City would let him go because he is one of their best strikers. But for me I would like to see him in Chelsea because it would be a great plus to the attacking force of the team after a disappointing season with Lukaku. Chelsea should present a good offer that would be difficult for both the player and club to resist.

I think the problem at Manchester United is that connection between the players, it is very important to build team spirit and play as a team. They also need to connect with the fans. I would suggest Erik Ten Hang changing the energy around the stadium and lifting up the team spirit just as Mikel Arteta did at Arsenal after joining that should bring a major boost to the team.

Also from the mental side, the young players at Manchester United are still too spoiled. I think Erik ten Hag should also put more emphasis on this for his players. Mostly because they are young, so to be at a giant club is mentally a lot more difficult. Competing with other clubs will greatly affect the game which is not very stable.

Rashford was once called the next ronaldo at Manchester and even in the 2020/21 season he put on an amazingly good performance by scoring many goals even though he often played as a substitute at that time, but somehow his career slowly began to fade and he did not get the same trust from solkaejer and rangnick, now after changing coaching, Rashford and some young manchester players have the opportunity to show their talent and capacity to be worthy to be part of the Ten Hag next season, I think with Ten Hag ability to develop young players of course Rashford will be able to back to its best later.

I love seeing a good props about footballers lol. i always have the believe that a player does not become bad "overnight", a poor season happen ofcourse; but it does not in any form discredit whatever has been done in prior season. Ten Hag suceeding relies on bringing out the best in Rashford, Sancho, and Shaw and Maguire. Why because the core of the team was built around the team. The bond between players must be prioritized in the competition because if you don't care about each other it will damage the cooperation between players, I believe Manchester United players are not that bad about the player bond, but the coach must establish a new strategy of prioritizing cooperation for the purpose of winning from good cooperation.

I think the problem at Manchester United is that connection between the players, it is very important to build team spirit and play as a team. They also need to connect with the fans. The bonds between Manchester United players are very bad. If Erik Ten Hag can build a bond between the players, if the understanding between the players is good, then of course Manchester United's performance will be better. And Manchester United will be able to fight for the title next season as well. However, coach Erik Ten Hag must prove his worth. I think Manchester United should have a whole new formation and a new strategy.

Their is no bond between Manchester United players,  football is a team work where players put their heads to gather to see that there will be good outcome.  Let take real madrid players in laliga for example,  the bonds in the team is so strong that that it is favouring the players to perform very well. Manchester United players should be giving good orientation to work with each other. A team without a bond will strive for better performance.

Lukaku is a prolific striker he is world class and has shown that over the years at Chelsea, Everton, Manchester united and Inter Milan. His current drop in form last season came as a shock because he started well at the beginning of the season and dropped form.  In my opinion he was more valued back in Inter Milan, this had positive effect on his performance and if he decides to go back he will definitely pick up again from where he left off.

It's not all about being valued or not,the fact is that premier league is more complicated than any other league in the world,this is the reasons why most players don't prefer going to the premier league.It is more combative and only people who have determined to fight it hard can come to premier league and excel.Lukaku Was doing very well at Inter,but he came to premier league and saw a different thing altogether.The defenders here are very rough and phisically strong which makes most strikers that were doing well in other leagues flop when they come to the premier league.

The EPL is a very competitive league where no one particular team dominates every season. In other to make it up to top 6 to play European competitions you have to ensure balance in the team and keep consistently performances. Chelsea and Arsenal fc were a lot shaky at the last weeks of the season and really need to put in work to do better next season

Which league are you talking about? EPL has been dominated by City for nearly 5 years now, and Liverpool is right there as well, they won one in the middle there. I mean I am not saying that there is no competition, of course there is one, for each spot, but domination is there as well. I believe it was last year, for one point City went 20 games winning streak right?

I am not entirely sure how many games it was, maybe more than 20, but they dominated EVERYONE at that point. This is why I highly doubt that anyone else would say that EPL doesn't have any domination, there are many proofs that City is dominating it and there are barely any competitions to them, maybe LFC time to time.

It seems that Barcelona took advantage of this moment to earn money. They tried to shut down the financial crisis that hit them which caused some players to leave and some players to get pay cuts. We see the transfer season is still a little long.

So it's only natural that Ten Hag is more focused on signing midfield players, the problem is like you said Barcelona can't possibly release
Frenkie de Jong for a cheap price. Because apart from Barcelona really needing money, De Jong also has an extraordinary performance,
so De Jong deserves a high price. Even though it's really a pity if Barcelona sells De Jong, because his contribution is quite large for Barcelona.
But indeed Barcelona's position is quite difficult right now with Barcelona's financial condition is worrying. So it's possible that Barcelona will sell
De Jong to Man United, it's just a matter of time to find an agreement on the transfer price.

If I were Manchester United, I will not agree to that deal. Does Barcelona want to use Manchester United to pay their debts?
I do not fancy the idea of buying any midfielder costly than 50M to Manchester United.
If the club actually need to rebuild, they should buy not overrated players like 3 for the same position and make them fight for shirt. Not to buy someone who will come thinking his position is secured. Manchester United problem is not to get great players, but to avoid lazy players.
The mind wins the match before the feet. The likes of Pogba and Lingard really breaded laziness and unseriousness to the team.

Good news for manchester city former defender and Captain, Vincent Company after been appointed as Burnley New manager. Although Kompany have been on the rader of Burnley since May and the newly relegated side thinks now is the time to finalize everything with the Experience Player. Kompany who made 360 apps for his club Manchester city and recorded achievements of 12 trophies including 4 EPL titles. Perhaps he left the team when he ran out of contract and went back to Belgium in 2019 where he was giving a managerial career in Anderlecht.

It is indeed a goodnews having legendary Manchester City defender Vincent Kompany returning back to England on a managerial career and being appointed by just relegated club Burnley. It is a good step in his career and we hope to see good things and improvements in the Burnley team next season.

Vincent Kompanie's move to Burnley, Frankly, is no good news to me,  still yet to understand in what way he'll improve Burnley.
They have always been a defending side, know for high tackle's and fouling of opposing player's and team. For myself, I still see the former Manchester City Captain and Ex- Belgium international as another defending Coach, I'm just curious as a lot is playing through my mind and head. I hope thru don't regret making decisions, Improvement on the budget for player's wouldn't have been during Sean Dyche as head coach of Burnley.

Honestly, I'm a fat liar if ain't tired with every single news resulting from Manchester United. It's been a tough, rough and pathetic seasons after the Gafa, Sir Alex Ferguson left Manchester United. Should he get new player's or work on the once around ? Wanting to buy players that are not ready to fight for the club in the bad day's is not worth making moves for, also, not worth splashing such a huge cash on.
I'm just trying hard not too but, it does bothers me every now and then. I wish them ( Manchester United well ) in the coming Campaign and Season, I'm gonna be down for Tottenham Hotspur winning the Premier league next season.

There’s a new negotiation on now and Barcelona wants €100m for Frankie De Jong, €80m guaranteed fee. This is stalling progress. I think they know Manchester United financial capacity that’s why they’re increasing the fee because they want to raise funds and lower their wage bill, with the club still struggling financially. It’s unfortunate that Erik ten Hag is hoping to guide Manchester United back to their former glory days and he's looking to bring in some familiar faces to help him, if not I don’t see why Manchester United will want to spend that heavy on just one player when they have many leaking positions that are yet to be fixed in the team.
