Right. Big names of players will not be able to influence at all if there is no winning mentality for the players if teamwork is not built. This has happened to Cristiano Ronaldo when he joined from Real Madrid to Manchester United. He looks like an ordinary player because the other players he plays with can't understand his style of play.

It is a very visible difference where Cristiano Ronaldo was able to perform very successfully when he was at Real Madrid because the cooperation of the players was always very solid and very complete. What I realized is that Ronaldo is a captain wherever he is, Ronaldo can always have an influence on the team so that even though Ronaldo doesn't wear the captain's armband, basically Ronaldo has become a captain in the team. Furthermore, other players must be able to adjust how they play with Ronaldo, because when they understand each other with a finisher then I am sure their game will be better and there is not always a selfish attitude in scoring goals unless the chances they have are better.

Lucas Torreira is not happy for Fiorentina as the team fail to triggered the buy option for the Uruguayan. The fiorentina team board have no agreement with the Gunners to pay a €15m bid in other to retain him permanently in the club, seems the Uruguayan didn't play his card well when at Fiorentina. The big question is will Mikel Arteta be happy to see him or include him in his project for next season. The 26 year old will fight for his place in Arsenal if he definitely arrive in the team.

So - Spurs got Bissouma for 25 million pounds. A really good signing in my opinion, I always considered him underrated.

They are still looking for a right wing-back, centre back and an additional offensive player - if they bring enough quality there they will be my favorites for top 4 spot again next season - in front of Arsenal and United.

Not for the long term, because I doubt he will stay at Manchester United for long. He could be appointed captain to at least restore the players' confidence and motivate them on the pitch. It would be a good choice because even in his country he can do that, he is already very experienced in various things, ETH can give him that trust.

I would also like to see Cristiano Ronaldo as the captain of Manchester United. I believe that he is one of the best players for this. He led the team in the previous season in fact as they would have been in a much more terrible situation if he hadn't performed that great. I wouldn't like to point out only his performance of course. He did his best about making the team fired up too even though the team weren't that good after. It looks like Ronaldo is staying for at least one more year so we should see him as the leader of the team.

Unless Ronaldo stays at Manchester United, and does not move to another club that participates in his favorite tournament called the Champions League I also think Ronaldo deserves the right to be the captain of Manchester United more than Maguire, but we need to look around who ten Hag is going to build the team around now. In a club like Manchester United, the team captain should be the leader of the dressing room and have the greatest authority among the players, and Ronaldo fits this role perfectly. I doubt Lucas Torreira is part of Arteta's project. Arsenal loaned out Torreira to Fiorentina last summer as he was not a part of Mikel Artea's plans. At the moment I think Arsenal are looking to sell him given that his contract expires next summer. Fiorentina just couldn’t meet up with the fee in the position they are in at the moment. He had a good loan spell with them, he made 35 appearances, scoring five goals and contributing two assists. He’s a good midfielder but Arteta feels he’s too light weighted for the demands in the English premiership. Honestly I don’t see him playing for Arsenal even tho he returns. Another loan would suit him better, especially in Serie A.

Even though when Eric Ten Hag first arrived there were several issues regarding Cristiano which were not included in the plan list, but indeed until now we can still see that there has been no official statement and it seems that they have a pretty good relationship so far, even the current issue is the election. captain whose one strong candidate is Cristiano.
With this it shows that there is no problem for both of them and of course this is very good because this is exactly what should happen.

But if he is not appointed to be the captain next season Ronaldo will still play a good role , he has been doing more than a captain ever since . Vincent Kompanie's move to Burnley, Frankly, is no good news to me,  still yet to understand in what way he'll improve Burnley.

Vincent Kompany is still he is unproven, but he has the winning mentality and character to lead so good start for now. And he , has joined the likes of  Rooney, Lampard, and Gerrard who still need to prove themselves. Let's see, maybe they'll get promoted in 2 or 3 seasons if he is able to bring attacking football to Burnley. I am aware that Burnley have massive financial issues now which makes transfers unlikely. But I would be glad if they can quickly sort it out and secure the players on loan fully into Burnley. It is a gamble but let's see how it goes.

I think, Manchester United managements are fully prepared to use huge amount of money to sign in a talented midfielders because they don't want what happened in this season to happen again in next season. Manchester United performance was very poor in this season because their midfield was not too strong for them to perform well like Manchester city that demonstrated well till they embraced the premier league title. I believe, Manchester United managements will definitely get the right midfielders that will help the team to perform well in next season.

I think Manchester United management keep loyal by giving much money for every time window transfer opening, looks spent much money last season with Raphael Varane and Jadon Sancho but can't give Manchester United top standing finish when Primer League ended. Although still not get first new player I think Manchester United management have prepare much money for Erik Tan Hag, just still negotiation about who will be the first player arrived on Manchester United with Erik Tan Hag era, will Frankie de Jong as first player recruit by Manchester United in this season? or Erik Tan Hag as Manchester United manager have new player.

Basically Pogba is not the only player in the midfield position, there are still Bruno Fernandes, Fred, Scott McTominay and several others. But yes, to make it better and safer for next season, then signing an experienced midfielder can be a good option too or at least getting young players who have above average talent.

If we calculate actually pogba performance in manchester is quite bad because the contribution he gave was not in accordance with the purchase which was quite expensive at that time, during 6 seasons with manchester maybe only the 2019 season which he did quite well but after and before if we look at the performance is quite bad , his current move to juventus in my opinion is the right step because indeed he can play a more active role at juventus which does have a less aggressive style of football, if you look at the statistics of his playing time this season, in fact, pogba gets quite a lot of playing time which is around 20 matches but he was only able to create 1 goal and 9 assists, in my opinion, pogba is not suitable at all to playing in the EPL which has an aggressive style of play and  I think that is what has caused the performance of pogba to decline drastically so far.
