I've heard they are close to a happy ending about this transfer too but it isn't official yet. I don't expect Chelsea to have significant problems to sign him now as they were already interested in signing him in the previous transfer window too. Sevilla prevented him from joining Chelsea then but they won't be able to do the same this time. Kounde wants to go to Chelsea.

Yeah Tuchel wants Kounde at Chelsea and with Chelsea losing their star defenders they do need to find strong replacements to level up in the defense section. There are some reports about them being interested in de Ligt but they would need a lot to bring that player from Juventus.

Another breaking transfer rumour going on right now is Lukaku to Inter. Still ongoing and very much possible that Lukaku might find his way back to Serie A again.

I want Tuchel to give him another chance should his purported loan to Inter Milan fail possibly he might up his game and get back his form.

I can remember that game because I watched it and thought he'll be taken off in the first half but that didn't happen. Lukaku doesn't fit the style of play of Thomas Tuchel. We're always playing minus one man when he's in the game. He doesn't have a good team play as such he shouldn't be given a second chance. When he made that interview the fans were mad but later forgive him but know that it has been exposed that he was sending messages to his former teammates, managers etc it means his mind isn't at Chelsea.

Best he goes now even though we lose in the transaction assuming his loan doesn't work but he shouldn't stay or the fans will turn on him and make his stay hostile. He'll also be under more pressure to perform which many players don't do so well in situations like that.

Yes, Chelsea need to sign in new defenders that will help the team to do well in next season because they really lacked in the areas of defense which their coach promised the managements that such poor performance will not repeat itself again. I've never seen such a lazy player, he offers nothing on the pitch, playing him as a lone striker is terrible, he has poor movement on the ball, poor first touch, poor finishing, he was successful in Italy because Martinez was the striker doing all the ball movement while Lukaku was doing the tap-in, he does well in a team built around him, he's only successful EPL era was with Everton where 60% of his goals were through Ross Bakley assists.

He's also been terrible for the national team since Eden Hazard's slump in form. Returning to Italy is the right thing to do because he lacks the mental fortitude to change. he was just too comfortable at Inter Milan where he was getting all the passes.

Lukaku isnt a selfish type he just isnt good enough for the england premier league. His playing style isnt good enough in this league. His style is really good in italy and other countries and he should stick with those league where he can score a lot of goals and make some good results in his career

It sadden me that Manchester united aren't learning from there past mistakes. Their big signings aren't always productive to them, it's now more like a tradition of them, for big players with huge sum of money and don't get the worth of what they spent buying the players. Some examples are Pogba etc. Manchester united needs to learn how to stop signing overpriced players and use the money effectively buy signing multiple players that can work collectively in uplifting the club.

Manchester United losing in the premier League is very discouraging as at some point, they were the powerhouse of the tournament. They have to look for a way for themselves that even though they don't win the tournament ateleast they should be a strong force to not make a league they ones controlled been ruled by the rivals.

We all know money can be intoxicating, spending big money on over hyped players is the cause of the problems at Manchester United. I strongly believe buying players who are hungry to play and are ready to play for the team, and are willing to give their all should be the main criteria. Those are the kind of players Manchester United should scout for, the wages and signing fee shouldn't be a problem because you are sure to get the results you are spending much money for.

You really have a point there. We can take Arsenal as an example about this. They haven't made a huge signing by paying this much money so far but they still managed to finish last season at the fifth place. Manchester United finished it behind them. I don't want to put it like Manchester United shouldn't spend a lot of money for a player of course. They can do this for only players who are really worth it. For example, they paid 87 million euros to sign Harry Maguire but he performed very poorly last season.

Nothing is enough and Chelsea has enough good players already. They won Champions League two seaeons ago and in last season, they played good enough in Champions League too.

They have more issues in Premier League and it maybe come from the lack of experience of Tuchel in a long Premier League season. He can manage the club better in his second full season there. They mablybe have isssues in their striker position with Lukaku and Werner. Konde can not solve it I agree but they perhaps have to accept it and keep fighting with what they can have.

Yeah that's right, De jong there is a high chance of being brought to Manchester United, negotiations are going smoothly even though Barcelona made a high offer, it can be lowered. De jong will have no problem adapting later under Erik coaching, but De jong won't have a chance to play in the champions league, disappointing for him. Barcelona crisis makes this player helpless.

I think this will be a little difficult. when they say their negotiations are smooth then it is impossible for Manchester United to target Vitinha now.
Eric Ten Hag does want De Jong at the moment but looking at that price I think it's too much and it's better to move him to Vitinha at a cheaper price.

On the other hand now Arsenal have just got a very reliable midfielder for next season, namely Fabio Vieira from Porto in a €40 million deal. I think jesus and Vieira would be great buys made by Arteta.
