I don't think its just yet for Kalvin Philips to move from Manchester City. Remember, he just arrived and has won achievements. Obviously lack of game time is a factor for him but I think he did say that he will give it a time at City ^[1]. City is a big club with lot of good players and its a competition within the squad so before moving to such club a player knows about that he is gonna struggle with the game time there. Also with Gundogan already leaving and Silva about to leave, it is very much likely that he is gonna get proper game time now.
