Mbappe wants to leave PSG or will leave, or PSG is looking for Mbappe's replacement, we have not seen any news about this, not even heard any rumors. So it is unreasonable to discuss whether Liverpool will include Mbappe in the squad. Also, at the moment, I don't think Liverpool has the financial capacity to include a big star player in the team.

If he fails in the Euro, Mbappe will have less pressure from other clubs.

Didn't Real Madrid bid higher to get Mbappe to move into his hands, even I'm not sure Liverpool will get him this is a big enough financial to spend while Liverpool still continue to save money with existing players I don't think this will happen.

We'll see what the completion at Euro 2020 is whether Mbappe is able to bring his country to victory or not at least this will put great pressure if at EURO 2020 see his extraordinary performance, for the club to target him because Mbappe is still young and of course the future will be long if also recruited.
There is still no valid news of where he will go with the team he wants.

I highly doubt that Mbappe would walk away for nothing. That would be very terrifying for PSG to lose a player for free, yet it would be not so nice for Mbappe as well since there would be ton of people who hate him as well for what he did and he would be seen as a player not trustworthy IF he is not saying that he wants to leave.

In the case that he wants to leave, he should tell the team and PSG will find a suitable team and a deal will be done, if he thinks that he should not be sold that in that case he should be staying at PSG, if he doesn't say anything and still leaves next year? That is going to be rough for PSG and they will be very upset and many fans (not just psg) will be mad as well.

A player who worths that much should at least tell the team he doesn't want to be there, it is simple to just request a transfer, many players have done that so far, staying like you belong and then leaving at last second is a tricky situation.

And your prediction had come to pass about Mbappe, he fail in the Euro 2020 what can you say, can you say other club will not want him because he missed a penalty kick against Switzerland? If that's what you are trying to explain then I may disagree with you, yes, Mbappe is out of the 2020 Euro struggle. Although Mbappe is not a bad player and he belongs to the top players for now, he actually had a bad Euro. His performance is under expectation from Deschamp, himself and fans around the world. Mbappe can do better and I think he conflict with Giroud affects his performance.

I also disagree with how he argued against Giroud. He should know Giroud is the second best scorer in France national team. He only stays behind Thiery Henry, the best scorer ever in France history.

It is not easy but that decision can be from Mbappe intention as well. He has never been recognized as one of best penalty kickers in soccer. I am not sure what are reasons behind the position of Mbappe in the penalty shot in that match. Is it from Deschamp or from the demand of Mbappe?

Yeah, that's my point. Which star player did not miss the penalty? Messi missed a penalty in the World Cup match. No one becomes a bad player if he misses 2/1 penalty. Star players are under more mental pressure when taking penalties. Because everyone relies more on them. Mbappe missed the penalty due to extra mental pressure. And this is a common thing.

You can blame Mbappe, but the whole team was to blame for this defeat, because they relaxed at the end of the match and already considered themselves the winners. It was a big mistake, Switzerland is an attacking team with an excellent attack and they finished the match until the end, for which they have great respect. And a series of penalty shootouts is a lottery, it's pointless to blame anyone here.
