I thought Brentford would draw the match with Arsenal. But Brentford showed surprise. They have scored two goals against Arsenal. But Arsenal could not do either. The Brentford team seems quite stable and aggressive. I think they will be able to strengthen their position in the Premier League.

Too soon to say anything at all. First games lie, second and third games do not tell much either. Remember last season how rosy it looked for some teams and not for others?

That said I saw two thirds of the game and Arsenal are same old guys who cannot take the pressure when a team actually dares to play them. The callousness at the back end of first half especially. If they do not learn to firm up, or play regularly without Auba and Lacazette bearing the burden of goals, yeah. Mid table scraps for them.

Let's not forget that David Raya saved goal from Arsenal on 5 occasion and he did a pretty good job. Arsenal may be unlucky to score with a few tries, but forgetting an opponent who played well throughout the game should not be done. I know it was a bad start to the season for a team as big as Arsenal and they had to lose to a promoted team by 2 goals difference. Soon, Manchester United vs Leeds United. Manchester United's 2-0 win looked quite interesting to choose from.

It was so disappointing to see Arsenal losing their first match to Brentford, Arsenal even fielded 2 of the new players they signed recently in the starting lineup and they still could not manage to force a draw against Brentford. Maybe Arsenal should start to consider replacing Mikel Arteta with another manager if Arsenal still could not perform well this season.

Aston Villa have performed incredibly well last season and I think Watford might not be able to earn any points today from the hands of Aston Villa, I guess Aston Villa should be able to start their new season with a victory today.

It really hurts as Arsenal fan to lose this way. Yesterday was totally defence shit show, attacking wise I thought so that they would struggle but defence were really out of expectations. Both goals were due to poor clearance or man marking. I am not sure why Arteta doesn't uses Bellerin so much. He is still better than Chambers. Mari is another man in defense line who performed poorly. Seriously its really frustrating.

Aston Villa have performed incredibly well last season and I think Watford might not be able to earn any points today from the hands of Aston Villa, I guess Aston Villa should be able to start their new season with a victory today.

Aston Villa hd made a lot of new signings. They have invested a lot in mid and attacking line. I really think it would be a good challenge in the starting match for Hornet's denfense. As in other hand, Watford's also have good young gunpower. It would be interesting to see how much Watford has changed and tactics.

Half hour left to the start of the 2nd premier league game this season as Manchester United at Old Trafford will be facing their old rivals Leeds.
The visitors have improved a lot defensively as their time in the Premier League has gone on but against a side as rich in attacking talents as Manchester United they'll have a hard time keeping a clean sheet again.
But this time Manchester United have Only Greenwood ready to play upfront and all of their new signings are not playing only Sancho is at bench but still this can still be a chaotic opening game with both teams not quite 100% and I'm sure we'll see a high-scoring game with United to win with Both teams scoring.

Chelsea are going to play against Crystal Palace home. Ziyech is injured and Kante has an injury also but his condition will be clear before the match. Lukaku is able to play now but he is lacking match fitness. Even if he doesn't play, I think Chelsea will beat them easily. But I would like to see Lukaku in this game really much. It would be good if he enters after the 60th minute at least.

Manchester United look like a new team they are destroying a very good Leeds team both Pogba and Bruno look like they are working together. I think Manchester United might win the league if they continue playing like this. What a team they have!

It only took one more goal in the second half to make my guess right. It's actually a bit risky to bet on the first match at the start of the season because usually the top teams aren't good enough after a long holiday. But since a friend offered a bet of $10, I thought it would be better to give him 1 point. 2-0 is the right choice in my opinion and 1 point for Leeds United doesn't seem like a bad thing. Let's have fun.
