Zidane to United seems like one of the best cases that could happen for United. I think 3 champions league in a row has never happened before Zidane, Real Madrid was a good team before Zidane and A LOT better when he was playing himself, and yet they never got 3 in a row, yet Zidane managed to do it.
I believe he will come back to managing one day, it is obvious that he didn't just retire, he just wanted to take some time off after such a great 3 seasons, and I believe that United would be amazing for him. He doesn't have a history there like he did with Madrid or maybe even if he goes to Juventus ever, but I still think it would be insanely good idea for him to manage United. There were talks about Newcastle getting Zidane, if he ever went to United now, he could be successful there for 3-4 years, and then he could switch to Newcastle that will be already a good team by that time and he could takeover and be awesome.

Zidane is not a panacea and he has no experience at other clubs other than Real Madrid. Ole Gunnar has not yet exhausted his working life at the club and we just need to let him continue working quietly as long as the club's management trusts him. Strong teams are not necessarily built quickly and maybe Ole Gunnar will need several seasons for this, and therefore everyone needs to have enough patience. In any case, the team continues to fight, including for Solskjaer, as Bruno Fernandes says in an interview that the team believes in the coach and his staff. I think he is trying to develop the strategy, we cannot judge he has no intention to develop it. I don't know why do you judge Ole like that, do you have a reason? Even, he tried to choose different starting players in different matches, can be considered as an effort to improve the strategy. It is just an example, there are other things that can be considered. As far as I know, he isn't a typical coach that doesn't want to hear a suggestion from others. And he seems not using an absolute strategy during his career.

yes, of course, that is a tactic and will be always tactics. But sometimes, the tactics may be developed or modified due to the codnition of the recent matches, players, and also other codnitions.
I know that Ole is actually a potential coach and he is profesional. However, he needs something more to make the best decision to face every match.
But yeah, it may be not easy to set the most fixed and matched strategy for a team moreover if there are some different views in the team itelf. This is the challenge, and Ole is on it.

United has top players and they should be winning everything out their but the board and manager are fucked. They should take Chelsea as an example, if you get hired and do not give us what we want, you get fired immediately but no United keep giving Ole another season until he ruins the whole club.

It's like giving an opportunity for Ole Gunner to stay at Man United for a few seasons as an option but it is the United management's desire that Ole stay while what we see from Manchester United's game is not too bad but when competing with big teams they are still overwhelmed and can't win because their strategy is not as good as the opponent then this will be easy to beat.

Actually this needs consideration and must focus on the approach to Zidane that is widely reported so I think it must be obtained so that Manchester United's progress is even better.

Going for Zidane might not have much improvement on their present performance considering the fact Ole is still the coach. For me Ole can't manage united boys he just leave so Manchester united could get a new coach. I agree with you @Zilon, is obvious Ole can't manage Manchester United and he just have to leave. With the kind of squad Manchester United have, winning a match shouldn't have been difficult for them. What they lack is a good Coach who will lead them into winning more matches. They drew against Everton and got beaten by Leicester in their last matches. However, their performance have been unstable, and they have a tough match this weekend. Liverpool is probably a strong team, which I don't think Man U can beat easily. They will either end up losing or drawing the match.

To me,even if he is finding it difficult to win trophies,I still think he is some how a good coach,the pressure is coming heavily now because he has the likes of Ronaldo,Sancho and Varane in the team now,therefore he is suppose to deliver on daily basis,but football is not like that.As the time goes,they will blend and play better football.

There is a news making the headline but I am yet to confirm the source about Referee Mike Dean that he has been removed from officiating in this weekend premier league fixtures for not sending off Crystal Palace McArthur for his assault on Saka. In my opinion he deserves a better punishment than that. He deserve to be removed from officiating any premier league match. But what is the importance of VAR, honestly and why do some Referees refuse to check the screen some times. If it was a player like Arsenal Granit Xhaka, the red card could not be even enough they would suspend him for more games.

Arsenal vs Aston Villa will be a really tough and close match for both teams I think. Lately, I can't say that both sides are doing very good. Arsenal were quite good but they started having unsatisfactory results again. Arsenal are just not a credible team yet. And that is why i am afraid this Aston villa game might be very difficult for Arsenal due to his absence and Aston villa wont want to lose two games in a row. They have a very strong combating and in form midfielders in Douglas Luiz and Mcguin.
