Manchester United must be frustrated after the Middlesbrough game in the FA Cup. But this still shouldn't be a so big deal for them as their main focus is not the FA Cup. They should focus on their next Premier League game now which is against Burnley. And Burnley are really the worst team in the league now. Manchester United started a good form recently in the league and they need to keep going like that. Burnley are one of the easiest targets for them no matter it is a home or away game. They would get an absolute win here.

in currently fa cup, only Manchester United and Leicester were unlucky. losing from a lower caste team, what a big joke!!

imagine how many people lost betting because of the losses experienced by the two teams above. looks like the winner FA Cup this time, it will be very difficult to predict

Leicester City didn't only lose, they received a lesson par excellence! Holy, how can they get defeated with a 4 to 1?

I didn't watch the game though, but the competition is way too important to let it go that way. Anyone placed a bet on Nottingham winning with a 0 - 2 handicap?

The issue is that this premier league teams underate the lower division teams meanwhile this lower teams sees it as an opportunity to display their quality and they put out a 110% performers. Looking at the stats Leicester city were outplayed. Leicester city only had the possession but couldn't do anything with that. In just the 32nd min Leicester city were already 3 goals down, there's no way they could have comeback from that.

Chelsea were lucky to progress to the next stage and they have kepa to thank for saving that late penalty while Manchester united weren't lucky. In other news  the 2021 AFCON final is ongoing and three of premier league finest (E.Mendy, Mo Salah and Mena) are playing don't miss that.

I'm curious about the Tottenham - Southampton game this week too. Tottenham have been performing really well since Conte came here. Their Premier League performance has been amazing till the Chelsea game. Maybe they lost that game in Stamford Bridge but this shouldn't cause them to be unhappy very much. They should focus on their coming games and Southampton are really tough to beat. They are an unpredictable team and they proved it against Manchester City not much time ago too. But I still think that Tottenham will win as long as they stay focused.

It wasnt as important as winning in EPL or UCL but all games counts though especially when they are not in a good shape right now, losing pretty much hurt their confidence. Imagine losing to Middlesbrough especially after you were given penalty, that really hurts though and that is going to affect some of the players mentality and confidence

Pretty confident that the team is going to win against Burnley but if it is another 1-0 win then I'd say thats kinda bad, Im expecting they to crush Burnley with atleast 3 goals though

In the FA CUP Tottenham managed to bring down Brighton with a final score of 3-1 and made it pass quite well. Here a big improvement is being made by Conte to strengthen their team to have more control over the field in order to host Southampton who are considered to be in pretty good shape in the FA CUP. The two have been performing well and it was quite worth it to meet earlier this month. A draw will be something of a tough choice because both sides insist on a landslide victory.

If we compare Tottenham's and Southampton's recent performances, Tottenham will surely move on. And as you said, Tottenham are now playing great in collaboration with Conte. Their two main strikers Son and Harry Kane are back in form, so Tottenham have no problem scoring now.
Tottenham's past record against Southampton is very good. Southampton have not won any match against Tottenham in the last five games. So I hope Tottenham win the next match.

I think this problem about teams underating teams occurs mostly with some middle class English team, although I also consider Manchester United as a middle class English team, I AM really impressed with the lower teams taking their chances against this so call bigger teams and today Leicester felt it hard, not only did they lose it was an embarrassing defeat I think they would never forget about it.

FA Cup games more or less went the way of the favourites yesterday, after some mild shocks weathered by the first two Premier League teams, but I doubt we'll see any surprises in today's opener -- and that's not me being an arrogant Liverpool supporter, just purely on the basis of the first 20 minutes of the game where we've not only been in control, we've had a few chances already --  when VVD is taking shots from the box, you know it's on.

I expect Liverpool to easily win against Cardiff.  But of course, the FA Cup is a trophy with a lot of surprise results.  If Liverpool is eliminated against Cardiff, it will surprise them as much as Manchester United.  I hope they don't leave room for surprise.  The Reds will easily pass this round.

This is a crushing blow for them and surely the fans of the fox will not be happy with this.
9 minutes 3 goals is not a good thing for Leicester, why is their defense this bad.
They did get possession of the ball but in terms of chances Nottingham was far superior to them.

With Tottenham performance in yesterday FA cup match against Brighton and the way the players show lot of commitment I think the transfer market was a good one for them in terms of the players that left( Ndombele, geovanni Locelso,deli Alli) there was no bad energy on like before you observe they are players that don't want to be there.

I believe conte give all of the players a freedom of choice , if you do love the club and want to fight for the badge show it and you might stay or else you better go for good.
Conte well known were super enthusiastic and energetic, when he sees his players doesnt fit his philosophy then yeah that's what happened to those 3 players.

If Harry winks and Doherty has not improved there performance he ( Antonio Conte) he would have include them in the clear out. Since he came to spurs you will see improvement in some players game especially the ones that still wants to play for spurs like Ben Davies and Harry winks, sometimes when I watch Ben Davies play I said to myself is this the same guy, his improvement is amazing.

Yupp conte emotional and expressive coaching style give players confidence , look at harry kane he seems back on track scoring goals , look at dier , davinson sanchez and lucas moura .. looks like indeed we are witnessing a lot of man reborn here at tottenham.

Definitely Manchester City will win the title and Liverpool will finish as runners up, Chelsea are likely to finish 3rd but if they drop form again as they did in December they might struggle with the rest of the team fighting for that top four spot, for me Manchester United are the favourite for the top four if you are judging by good talented squad but the are not putting those talent on the pitch, the other favourite for the position is Tottenham, now they have get the players that brings negativity to the team( Ndombele and Ali) and bring in the guys from Juventus I think they can now be considered serious.arsenal does not have a squad that is convincing to claim the top four even if they are playing well this season.

The first and second is not the argument for EPL anymore, that is pretty much known already. Hell, sportsbet.io already paid for the outrights, they said whoever wagered on City to win, already got their money because they trust them to win the league all that much.

You may or may not believe the situation to be true but I feel like if they end up losing then it would be very unexpected and a shocking situation. This is a right time for Tottenham to play Southampton because all there injury problem are solved except the recent Eric Dier injury which is not serious but he is doubt for the game, with how they play Brighton I think Southampton won't be a problem.

Their absence affected them, if you closely watched how Liverpool performed in most matches despite winning them. They had to fight hard to win them.

Well... Last season there was a different coach and a different tactic apparently, and with Ronaldo coming to the club, it's understandable that the game will get better, albeit not immediately. I do not understand your question about the game with Burnley. What else have they got to do apart from play and win? That's their job, heh.
