The next games won't be until February and they need to prepare for the Champions League game against Inter at the same time! Likewise for Chelsea, they need to beat Spurs... Unexpectedly Man City failed to win against Southampton, this indeed opens an opportunity for Liverpool to reduce the points gap with Man City,
so Liverpool have to beat Crystal Palace whose match is about to start soon. Then for Chelsea, who played badly in the last 4 matches, they must be
able to immediately win, in order to catch up with Liverpool's points. Chelsea will soon play against Tottenham, it will be a very interesting match.
Because Tottenham are improving their form after attracting Conte as their main coach. So it won't be easy for Chelsea to beat Tottenham, but Chelsea
have beaten Tottenham twice in the EFL Cup semi-finals before. Chelsea should have beaten Tottenham again, but Conte must have learned from

It's a shame since the first half Southampton went ahead with a goal in the 7th minute, but I don't think it's bad enough for City because from a possession side they are much more strategic.  It turned out that in the end my guess was wrong, good possession was not enough and the 1 goal they scored in the second half was still not good enough to beat Southampton.  Their defense was quite good until it ended in a draw.

The result of the match between Southampton and Man City was beyond expectation. Yes, Man City has to settle for a draw, even though they are on fire and they dominate the game but Southampton turned out to be a stumbling block for Man City.

Obviously, it's a good opportunity for Liverpool and I don't think they want to waste it. Crystal Palace may not be a tough opponent, and Liverpool should be able to beat Crystal Palace but they still shouldn't underestimate Crystal Palace because if Liverpool is careless, they will have the same fate as Man City.

Why is it a shame? Southampton had a very good game, as did Manchester City. Tottenham Hotspur won't allow Chelsea win them for the fourth time this month the game will be very strong but am very sure Tottenham will take the full points in this London Derby. and if they do so they will have a very good chance to climb the top four.because they still have 2 games outstanding to be played.all they need today is to play Chelsea with pride.

It's a derby, so I'm expecting it to come with an additional thrill, twists and turns, to be honest it does not really matter too much how many times Chelsea have beaten Spurs this season, if Conte's men are poor today, they'll still get beat again, it is what it is. Having said that, I still get your point that Spurs would have to be extra motivated for this game, going by the outcome of the previous ones this season, and that's true, they surely wouldn't want the Blues fans to have all the bragging rights this season.

So far Arsenal has played good game both attacking and defensive wise. Lot of close chances from Gunners, hopefully they will score some goals in second half. With Partey's absence we have one defensive midfielder and 4 midfielder up the pitch so quite an attacking lineup so I do think they will score one soon.

It's a good record, although I don't think it will last long, because Arsenal and Tottenham will play today. And also Arsenal and Tottenham still keep their game.

Arsenal is putting up a terrible display so far in this second half, Lacazatte is playing terribly up front and if we are to get a goal, i am not sure it will come from him, he needs to be subbed off, but who will replace him?? we have no options on the bench. Saka is a really good player, but this arsenal team is making him look like he is not doing enough. I hope Burnley don't score first, because if they do, i think we can kiss that three points goodbye.

the goal in the 7th minute by walker-peters was really unexpected and I personally almost didn't expect it, southampton played well at their home, really deserve praise

Regarding the distance between Liverpool and Man City, it's actually still far in my opinion, it took 3 defeats for Man City and also continued wins made by Liverpool to be able to shift the position of Man City

What a lovely match it was between Man City and Southampton. Southampton seemed to be on fire than Man City. Yes the first goal came in at 7th minute. A stunning goal from Kyle Walker-Peters. A lovely and timely pass. And then Man City had chances to shoot goals in the first half but yes missed. We should really appreciate Southampton goal keeper F Forster. He did really play a fantastic game and thats what stopped Man City with just a goal. Man City's goal was yes fantastic from A Laporte. A perfect hit on his forehead. Southampton was really much happier at the end though they did not win but yes made it draw.

Palace - Liverpool proved to be a very exciting game. Liverpool was great during the first 45 mins and after going to halftime with the 2-0 score I felt that the game is over.
Palace was way better for the majority of the 2nd half and had some good chances for the equalizer, but Liverpool eventually held on.

As a Liverpool fan - I have to say that the referees weren't at their best today. The 2nd Liverpool goal is a clear offside for me (Firmino attacking the ball and taking the defender with him) and I also feel it was a harsh penalty to give.
