Liverpool FC in second place, and the only red in England. Man City 9 points ahead. Of course liverpool is the better team and better chance to get closer to City. City might win the league however liverpool could give them more pressure. I'm willing to see liverpool making the big move. Otherwise Man City already is setting the standards and the rest follow.

The point is that Man City are unstoppable and show no signs of slowing down or starting to lose points. They are playing very solidly this year.
I think Liverpool were really the ones that would have the best conditions to face this Man City, but that doesn't seem to happen.

one of the factors to make them go down is maybe taking advantage of their pretty busy schedule and this must be maximized well next week they will face fullham in the FA Cup and maybe this will not have much impact because I feel they will display some of their reserves. but maybe for UCL this will be different, even though they will be seeded against Sporting CP. But of course this will make them think again in concocting racik so that the players are not tired to face tottenham.

It's a good opportunity for Liverpool to get closer to City. The draw results when City meet shouthampton, at least made Liverpool cut the difference by 2 points. There is still 1 game left for liverpool (compared w/ City), if in this match Liverpool win again, then the difference in points will be closer to 51 for Liverpool, which means there is only 6 points gap. It makes sense that the competition for the title will be more interesting.

The game with a week off has us wondering if there will be some big buzz and some dangerous moves in the top 5 this time around. Liverpool is recovering, now Man City is soaring and doesn't want to be rivaled, always trying to make the distance above 10 points. In the top 3 and the top 4 are trying their luck where the 4th position has just been occupied by Manchester United. We would really expect a very tight and healthy competition between the big clubs.

It is true that in football anything can happen, even in the Champions League. But it will be very difficult for Sporting CP to create great wear on Man City. But the problem is they cannot afford to lose matches from now on because that team in fifth place has 37 points.
But on the positive side, Manchester United have played 1 less match.

So if they keep winning they can easily hold the fourth position. And there is no question about them improving their game than before. Now they are producing much better results. But I have to say I expected more from Cristiano Ronaldo.

The three clubs in front of Man City are quite troublesome. Not only that, currently Manchester United, Liverpool, and Tottenham are clubs that will greatly complicate Man City's smooth journey. Don't forget about Tottenham and Manchester United have worse condition with internal bonds amongst their players as well as players and coach. It is not helpful and healthy in long run. They should improve it as soon as possible because if they give it more time to explode and become worse, they will harvest bad results in later of the season.

So if they keep winning they can easily hold the fourth position. And there is no question about them improving their game than before. Now they are producing much better results. But I have to say I expected more from Cristiano Ronaldo.

Point is whether they will be able to maintain their performance and keep wining and get better net results than other clubs and end in top 4? If they don't have big improvement, I don't see how they will achieve it.

However, more efforts from Liverpool must be done and more lost games from Manchester City must occur. Let's see how two teams will do in coming months. I wish that we will have a tight competition between Manchester City and Liverpool because I see Liverpool are moving to very end seasons with this squad.

It would be pretty surprising if Manchester United finished in the top four.  Arsenal, Tottenham are the teams with more chances.  There will already be a championship race between Manchester City and Liverpool.  Actually, there will be no race.  I think Manchester City will be the champions by far.  My top four predictions are Manchester City, Liverpool, Arsenal, Tottenham.

I feel like it is near impossible for them to be in top 4 by the end of the season. Don't get me wrong it is mathematically possible but it is just not that possible at all you know?

Yes, they are 4th right now and yes anything could happen, it's football after all, but they sucked for so long and now they are suddenly 4th and everyone feels like they are going to be awesome but that can't be that easy is it? I mean did they just turned things around and became awesome and that's it? I feel like it should be a bit more difficult than that. Plus, teams like Tottenham and arsenal have less games so you are right that they could still go above them for sure.

Great hopes indeed rested on the shoulders of Ronaldo, who had said he would be the top scorer in the future. Hopefully it will really come true. There is still great hope and a chance if in the next match it is really used as well as possible to maintain its position in the fourth seat. An ordeal that will surely make West Ham steal the ideal gap again. Comparison of 1 point will be very vulnerable for both of them.

In the EPL no team can be overconfident with the title including Man city like I said if you look at the Man city schedule, the title should be in their hands
But yesterday's match was a reminder to Man City that anything can happen because a weak team can also be a hindrance. Now I just hope Liverpool can stop Man City's move on 9 April Liverpool had that chance this match will decide who deserves the title.

Of course this is a very good opportunity for Liverpool FC to close some points gap between them and Manchester city, but nevertheless I feel it will be so difficult for the Red stars to overcome this gap, as Manchester city will not like to loose any match as the are seeing Liverpool moving close. I really liked Chelsea this week. They had a very satisfying performance against Tottenham and deserved this win completely. I liked especially Ziyech's performance and he scored a great goal also. They finally won and I think that Chelsea can maintain a good streak from now on. And they need to do this if they want to end the season at a better position in the standings. And this was Conte's first loss in the Premier League at the same time. But they are still very good in general.

I'm a fan of liverpool, but rationally speaking, liverpool doesn't have a chance to beat city, the way things are going it's clear that city will be champions, that's because liverpool and chelsea won't be able to play all games without losing or draw while City have a greater chance of playing many games and only having a draw of one or 2 games

I really appreciate Manchester United for their impressive effort against West Ham. I'm saying this even though they hardly won by a late goal which was scored in the stoppage time. I was expecting a 1-1 draw but they managed to win by 1-0. It is good to see because Manchester United really need this kind of victories on these days. They need them immediately to be able to gather strength easier. If they keep this focus up, they can be at a really nice position at the end of the season. And this could be a good sign for the next season too.
