Because Tottenham will be able to capture the fourth position in that case despite its being temporary. After having that pyschological advantage, Tottenham might keep the position too. Arsenal's opponent is quite tough and there isn't any guarantee for them to beat Newcastle there. But something inside tells me that they will make it too.

I do not like game of ifs, or buts; Reality is that Spurs are thrashing burnley tomorrow. With Arsenal left with just Ben White who is a fit defender and Arteta not using him despite injuries to other centre backs. Spurs will be looking forward to 3 points against burnley while expecting Arsenal to lose/draw against Newcastle United. I think it is an achievable scoreline.

Is a very important game for both team, Burnley and Tottenham Hotspur, I think Burnley we play to win because there rivals for the relegation battle Leeds United and Everton are both playing at home so they are likely to win there opponent respectively so Burnley will be coming for the whole point even if is difficult to do, in the other hand Tottenham will see this game as the match of the season because is the only thing that will give them hope for the top four especially when arsenal have a tough game against Newcastle on Monday Evening.

I think it will be easy for Tottenham to beat Burnley in this match. maybe the first half we will see goals that occur in this match because Tottenham are eyeing 3 points to shift Arsenal position. Burnley standings are also not safe at all because if they lose again it will be a big opportunity for Leeds to shift Burnley position and it can be ascertained that Burnley and Leeds are competing to stay away from the relegation zone.

I will say congratulations to Liverpool but many people thought Liverpool is so strong that it could win Chelsea easily, the match led to penalty and Chelsea was not favoured as Mason Mount lost another penelty for Chelsea while Konstantinos Tsimikas scored the sixth penalty for Liverpool. It was an interesting match.

very entertaining game to give extra time so we really enjoyed this great game, and Chelsea played well only just unlucky in the penalty shootout.

Yes, that's right, both teams give us an entertaining spectacle with 120 minutes which feels so fast in my opinion. But Liverpool's victory had to be paid for with a little problem with one of their mainstay players, Mohammed Salah. I hope it doesn't get too bad for him and doesn't hinder him in the next game.

This is the risk that Liverpool have to bear, in the increasingly narrow time to prepare for the Champions League, Mo Salah is injured. Apart from that, there are still 2 matches remaining for them to face before facing Real Madrid. It's quite worrying and it will be a difficult choice for Klopp if he continues to include his main players.

Unfortunately Salah and Van Djik were injured in this game just at a crucial time at the end of the season with key matches left in EPL and the CL final!

Thats pretty much the price that they had to pay for the trophy, Chelsea would be playing as intense as it can gets because this is pretty much the only trophy that they could get. It might not be the best trophy the team could get but atleast its something to end the season with but aside from that, the EPL race is pretty much over already as I dont see how City will lose their remaining games. As for the CL final, there are still two weeks to go and its enough time for the players to recover ( hopefully )

I expect Liverpool to experience this injuries problems because Jürgen Klopp hardly rotates he only changes players that he he think are replaceable but he don't touch some players in the team, players like Robertson, Alex Arnold, van Dirk, Fabinho, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane these players can play for three months without missing a single game and is not good, he has been lucky with it in previous season, it will be a dissaster and a big disadvantage if Mohamed Salah miss the champions League final through injury.

Well he does and doesn't rotate them at the same time. As you said they might play successively for a long period then let them rest for a couple of minutes of some games. Every game counts, and if he finds that Salah or Mane for example is not doing as good as he wants, then he will replace him. That's his strategy, he does have a substitute but there is key players especially in defence that is hard to not count on them especially that every match counts since months now!

If we come back to the Premier League, I see that this week could be the decider for the league title. Manchester City and Liverpool are going to be playing away games against West Ham and Southampton respectively. Yes, both teams performed quite well from the first half to extra time. attack after attack continued to be carried out by both teams in the first half until the second half. Several good opportunities but failed to become goals because they hit the crossbar, In this match Liverpool are more favored to become champions because players are able to control kicks well when they execute penalty kicks.

That was a very dramatic match. Both Liverpool and Chelsea played amazingly. All could serve great performance both its defense and also offense until the end and scored 0-0.
The penalty was also very dramatic with the result in 5-6, that's very closed. That was a world-class match. Salut to Chelsea, although they finally lost not as a winner, they really gave their best in this match.
Btw, is so sad also that Salah has injured during the mat and this really influenced the team eprformance. But fortunately ythey can still get a draw matcha dn then winning after penalties.

It was not easy the game lasted over for 90 minutes without no goals from the two teams, Chelsea played very well for controlling the game and defending very well. It would not be nice if liverpool had not won the game , Liverpool is my favourite team in the game, after all the chances they missed,  they were lucky to win with a penalty.

this victory was really thanks to luck, when it is said that sometimes you need to be lucky to win, this is the case. liverpool just has to celebrate this achievement at least if we lose the premier league we still have the champions league and if we lose the champions league we already have the FA Cup so we are fine. Now chelsea is in bad shape because they didn't win anything this season and in the premier league they ended up in a very bad position

With an assumption that burnley gonna get zero point in this match against tottenham, they have an equal chance with leeds that fighting for the relegation as well as everton .. bbut the toffees had a better condition even though yeah they could still slip away in these last couple matches of the season , everton had more chance to survive for sure.
