There are some rumours like Manchester United and Chelsea are in a race to sign Benjamin Pavard now. For now this doesn't seem to be a strong rumour but we would see what will happen in the next days. I have really liked Pavard so far. He is playing in the France national team too as you know. I believe he would be a solid right back for both of the teams interested. Manchester United have Wan-Bissaka and Dalot already but maybe they are thinking of selling one of them if this transfer happens. On the other hand Chelsea are close to sell Azpilicueta to Barcelona so it might be the reason of their interest.

If Barcelona can get Azpilicueta it will be a boost to their defense line and will also mean Chelsea will have to find a suitable replacement for him. Manchester united already have options in that position at the moment and a move for Pavard will be unlikely until they sell out one from their options, finally it comes down to who wants him more for both clubs.

It is indeed a good move for barcelona they need a defensive player especially on the right side but i think this deal will not happen azpelicueta is a key player for chelsea and the fact that he is playing as the captain in these friendly games means that chelsea coach and management see him as an important player to keep.

It is really not a good idea to put all of your players in a single game, think about it this way, we shouldn't really be considering this as a thing that would make sense to them, it means they need to keep playing players in mix form. So, some of these players will play during the regular season, and some players will not be like that and just be bench players or young players.

However, when the season unfolds, we are going to see these teams doing amazing. I just believe that we will end up with something amazing and we shouldn't be shocked with the result for this one, but we shouldn't really be shocked if they end up with something much much better later on.

It's quite impossible to let azpilicueta to leave from chelsea if there's not worthy replacement for him. I know that barca wants him but Andreas Christensen is not even enough as replacement for him. It's so difficult to find someone has similar play like him.
Im sure that azpill will not go to the somewhere even barcelona. The problem in chelsea was on the striker. The result from the pre-season was not so good.
That makes tuchel feels confusing about that. Tuchel was very often to use 4 man defense rather than 3 man defense

Chelsea has 3 goalkeepers, but only Mendy and Kepa seem quality goalkeepers while Marcus Bettinelli isn't familiar enough and rarely played. Sure, if Kepa leaves the club, Chelsea has no good substitution in GK position if Mendy gets injured. Regarding Warner, he looks like the best CF that Chelsea has right now. If Werner moves to another team, Chelsea has no quality CF. Batshuayi performance isn't as expected, Chelsea cannot rely on him as a productive CF. It will be a big mistake to lose Warner in this transfer window, especially if Chelsea cannot sign a new top CF as the replacement.

Werner isn't needed by Chelsea anymore and he accepts to leave, yet he is still stuck there. Ziyech and Batshuayi too. Pulisic didn't perform as expected so..
Sterling should be the best move done for the attack line but Tuchel is aware that there is a lot of work that should be done there to be able to compete City, Liverpool and the others..
