this is still the main choice because I still feel that for this season it is still the same as the previous season otherwise City means Liverpool even though I am on the opposite side of you because I am in the red camp, not blue
It's difficult for other teams to make a meaningful breakthrough here as long as both teams are still in their best form.

Because the Premier League is the best league ever, then I will not choose Manchester City again as the title winner for the 2022/2023 season. Any top team will probably think about how to stop their title dominance this season because it is so bad to let that happen so many seasons.

Manchester City won the title 4/5 of his season with Guardiola. They seem to be the new artist in the Premier League because not many teams are able to compete to break that dominance. Only Liverpool is very possible and has done it, so I hope this season Liverpool can do it again.

The problem is that regardless of anyone trying to tackle, still those who can emerge and become winners of the league over the last few seasons are only two clubs and that has happened since the 2017/2018 season and even then only 1 time Manchester City has been shifted by Liverpool so it is quite clear that the dominance feels here that given City.
But even if that is the case for the current season I still feel that Liverpool are going to make something even more exciting than before.

Schmeichel is still very influential for Leicester, despite his current age it is still one of the losses for them.
But indeed the good side is that when Schmeichel decides to leave, Leicester now have to start thinking hard to find a suitable replacement and of course still fresh in terms of age, because this is something important in my opinion for them, especially with those who are considered as dark horse for the last few seasons.

But maybe it will be a little difficult if you want Bernd Leno even though his position at Arsenal has been replaced by Ramsdale, Arsenal will not give it away.

Last season, Liverpool was a strong team in all respects in my opinion. but in the pre-season game, it looks like Liverpool is having problems.

Actually this is not too serious because pre-season match are aimless, this is like a trials for Liverpool's new squad after swapping players in several positions

I think Arsenal can compete with other top teams this season because indeed they have got the ideal players with Gabriel Jesus of course the front lines will be even more dangerous and the pre-season games are good enough to defend and mentally their players.

Even though for now Liverpool have lost their star player Sadio Mane due to leaving for Bayern Munich, but I still believe Liverpool is able to give a surprise and will try to be better than last season, I also will not underestimate other great teams such as Tottenham, Arsenal, Manchester united and Chelsea, because they also have great players and great coaches, according to my prediction next season Liverpool will lift the league trophy, although for now Manchester city has added new ammunition in their attack line, I am still sure that Liverpool will lift the champion league next season.

Manchester United are still struggling to get good players even though Martinez is their newest signing, but of course there is never enough to be able to compete in the top flight.

This is the ideal time for Tottenham and Arsenal to take over to replace Chelsea. At least make some further improvements, whatever is happening at the moment at Chelsea is still ongoing and quite prolonged. For a club like Tottenham themselves, they feel benefited because from the transfer market to the pre-season that Chelsea went through, it would be difficult for them to show their best performance.

I think Arteta is going to do better than he even did last season, i see potentials in him as a manager, it might not be quite evident now, but prolly in some years to come he will be a renowned manager. Arsenal look promising for this new season, they have made really impressive signings, and it is now time for the players to show their talents on the pitch; Gabriel Jesus and Zinchenko are really quality purchases, as well as their other new players, i am pretty sure all of them are going to help Arsenal move a step further.

Yes of course they can't win the EPL title yet, i am pretty sure even they know it, but what they must do is to finish in the top four, and try to win any other trophy, there is the FA cup, Carabao cup and the Europa League, i think they are capable of winning one of that, and if they do so, coupled with a top four finish, then they can say they had a good season in the end.

Bringing in Haaland as a tool for the Champions League not the premier league this is how I feel. Major aim and focus will be on the Champions League and not the premier league. Yes they still stand as the favorites for the league. Tottenham Hotspur did strengthen their squad very well bringing in defending player's, midfielder's and two to three attacking players. Ivan Perisic have been a player previously linked to the premier league countless times now he is finally here. He'll show top quality running from the left flank. I expect Arsenal to produce too much goals during the premier league campaign and Tottenham Hotspur to win the Premier League.

Chelsea and Liverpool ? They are going to be shaky, these are my own predictions No shades. Manchester United ? They have to work hard and do better.

But if the team is not able to perform well in the friendly match even after having all the important players of the team then it is really worrying. Certainly, we are going g to see an Arsenal that would be vying for the top 4 in the EPL this season. Most of the issues they seemed to combate with last season were mainly due to the inexperience of its young team a haven't lost Emerick Aubameyang to Barcelona wth Alexandre Lacazette not being what he used to, cutting into the 18yard was an issue, Granit Xhaka and Bukayo Saka became burdened with direct shoots towards goal and sending in the through balls which had slight chance of getting through to whom its intended.
Now, they've got G. Jesus to push the ball all the way in, Martin Odegaard to handle the Mid field so, we would see a much coordinated and improved team.

1.57 is a 63% chance that City will become champions. I could accept such chances if there were a few rounds left until the end of the championship, but giving such an advantage to any team before the start of the championship ... looks like a mistake.

Friendly games results doesn't determine the status of the team. Jurgen Klopp really working on his squad and making sure that that there's no space with error in his team. His new striker, Darwin Nunez still adapting to Liverpool pattern, the reds still lose against RB Leipzig but it doesn't mean the reds aren't good enough. Talking about Liverpool facing Manchester City  in the community shield, it's definitely going to be a tough game and the reds won't hesitate to record a win in the game.

Arsenal and Tottenham will perform excellently well in the coming season, they will give those top teams a run of their money, it's not going to be easy win as usual over those two clubs, considering the quality signings made by those club especially Arsenal who had beef up and strengthen their squad in all area and departments likewise Tottenham are now stronger honestly they will improve their performance, I believe top 4 spot will become more competitive now after Arsenal narrowly missed the spot to Tottenham last season they will try and clinch it this upcoming season.

^^Liverpool are aware of their game against City in coming days and their Community Shield game is much more important than a friendly one so it was likely that Klopp will not roll out his best players and so he did. We will see Liverpool with all best players in their game against City in coming days and not like a performance they showed in their pre season game against RB Salzburg.
