Liverpool have earned three points tonight after a 1-0 win over West Ham but the score doesn't tell the whole story. Nunez got Liverpool off to a good start when he headed in Tsimikas' cross. However, he still hit the post in the first half, while Salah missed two chances to increase Liverpool's lead. West Ham were awarded a penalty but Bowen's penalty late in the first half was saved by Alisson.

Liverpool have won three games in a row now but I saw them not in their best form tonight.

 
FT: Brentford 0-0 Chelsea

Meanwhile from Brentford Community Stadium, Brentford and Chelsea played out a goalless draw in their Premier League fixtures. Both sides have chances to win the game, although Brentford will feel they should have earned the three points. Ivan Toney's effort was denied three times by Kepa Arrizabalaga, while Bryan Mbeumo headed a free header straight at the Chelsea goalkeeper.

The Blues had their moment, but couldn't find their way through Brentford's formidable back line and get a point.

Chelsea is really messing up; this isn't a time to play with alot of skills and fancy, it's about experience and damage control. They had a good line up quad to start with -- also with the position on the table, which is  an evidence of their prowess, they'd have had Brentford begging, like a child longing for a piece of candy🍬

I sure hope things get better as they hold the 4th position with 20 grade points: (European champions league ) but, It's very terrifying, as their next match will be with their worst rivals.

Man Utd is picking up pace in the league and playing everytime better. They showed today they can play really offensive football and Tottenhams defence just couldnt stop all those attacks. You cannot defend for 90 minutes all the time and expect to get points everytime.

Man United has young players in their attacking line, so they can play aggressively and offensively. While, Tottenham prefer to defend and not try to build some attacks, which makes Man United has many chances. I don't know why Conte don't try to play more offensively and prefers to defend. It really makes Tottenham has small chances of scoring. Just look at the stats, Tottenham only has 9 shots attempts but Man United has 28 shots attempts. I suspect Conte wants to use the strategy of counter-attack, sadly it didn't work.

Chelsea wasn't defeated, dude. Chelsea got a draw, which means they only got 1 point.
Of course, Chelsea should win because they are a stronger team. But in a football match, being a favorite team or a stronger team doesn't guarantee to win.

I am very much saddened that the Manchester United coach Eric tentage has decided to play Cristiano Ronaldo again from bench. With the last weekend performance of Ronaldo which was not poor I expected, I expected Eric to start Ronaldo in this big match. Ronaldo missed the last big match which was against Manchester City and the result was not funny. He would have started him in today's match.
To be very honest I am not confident that Manchester United will survive this night.

Is Eric's decision to play or bench who's ever he wants in Manchester United matches. He will be the one to be blamed if Manchester United loses any match, not Ronaldo. As it stands now, Manchester United doesn't need a favouritism player that won't deliver in a match. Every match has its type of player to be fixture by the coach. I think Eric has his reason of benching Ronaldo in today's match against Tottenham.

The league is getting tougher every day and no coach wants to make the the mistake of selecting a player that wont fitting in a match

Another crack in the relationship between Ronaldo and Manchester United head coach Ten Hag. In principle, I perfectly understand the behavior of Ronaldo, who defiantly left the bench at the end of the match when he realized that the head coach of the team had no intentions of releasing him on the field. I repeat once again for critics of such a move on the part of the player that Ronaldo expected until the very end that the head coach would still release him on the field. As a great player, he has the right to such behavior, because he does not have much career time left to spend it on the bench. Show that the OP didn't watch the game and had no idea what he was saying, I'm a Chelsea fan and I'm happy with a draw, at least judging by the games we've played in the last two weeks, it's a busy schedule and there's a lot of fatigue and injuries in the team. Playing a game after a three-day break is difficult, especially when you lack squad depth. To be fair, we were the better team tonight, creating and making the most goal scoring chances, but it just wasn't our night, as everyone could see. Brentford goalkeeper Was was instrumental in his team earning a point today.

Manchester United are capable of qualifying for the champions league this season with consistency in their games after ignominy from city. Spurs didn't put up a fight for united, they easily succumbed to united winning and the red devils dominated the game in the both halves. Erik ten hag knows how to beat Anthonio Conte. United next game is Chelsea and the blues looks a little bit shaky with them sharing points with Brentford in Gtech community stadium but it's totally understandable. Man United v Tottenham 2-0 and the game is now deep into stoppage time. A good but also necessary victory. I think Ten Hag hasn't built up a lot of credit this season, so this win is welcome. Liverpool are continuing to rise as they have got another win against West Ham this time. It was another 1-0 victory maybe but these wins are important for them to continue recovering. It looks like their defending is much better these days as they didn't concede any goal in their last two league games. But they need to be able to score multiple goals in a game to get more comfortable wins. West Ham could have really got one point here if they didn't miss that penalty.

But in time I believe that Liverpool will get better at winning games more comfortably. They should be able to finish the season in top 3 even if they don't make it to the title.

Another win after beating Manchester City for Liverpool. They are back to their track and still keep up small hope in Premier League title competition. The chance for Liverpool is not big enough but they have yet given it up. In addition, Darwin at least shows some improvement but he must adjusts more. He should know when to shot and when to make a key pass for his team mates. A final win for Liverpool is more important than who scores the goal.

And Alison did have a good save and he kept three points for Liverpool. If West Ham succeed in the penalty or in another chance in late of the match, they should have 1 point at least.

Manchester United destroyed Tottenham and this time, they don't need Ronaldo. This win will help Manchester United to have more confidence and continue their good form in next one month, before the World Cup beginning.

The reaction of Ronaldo shows that he has never been happy in Old Trafford this season and I am curious that will he leave the club in the winter transfer. Main barriers are his too high salary and his old age as well as his ambition to be in main squad. He will not feel happy if he joins a new club and only has a position on bench again.

MU is slowly but surely waking up from its bad performance. Im seeing that if this time if MU's performance is always good against the big club. it's become very consistent in defensive and attacking strategy. I meant look at the fact that if MU has been winning in some battles against the big team. It can be proven if MU is still reliable enough to be considered as a team with a good performance. I know how good player that owned by MU. they have lots of potential but it seems like that the internal problem has been slowly destroying them.
As long as MU can slowly solve its internal problem and pick the best starting line up and MU can win the match easily without any doubt.,

Give him time and be patiently wait for his improvement. He is improving but he can not complete suit in Liverpool if we continue to call him as a failure. If Nunez was lucky, he should score two goals in the match but I agree that he should not always try to shot. Sometimes, he must make a pass and help other players to score goals and close the match for Liverpool.

If the match ends with a draw, Nunez will be considered as a main reason why Liverpool can not win.

Nunez scored a winning goal but Alison Becker rejected many goals for West Ham and he is the player who saves 3 points for Liverpool. The title Play of the match is well deserved for Alison Becker. It also shows Liverpool still have problems with their defense. In some situation, I see the position of Alexander Arnold is opened for West Ham to attack. That is bad.

I find this game the most satisfying of all of Man U games in recent times. They played as a team, had good shots on target, more ball possessions than Tottenham and were pressing. I do not know the pep talk they got form Ten but he needs to do it more often because the boys were fired up. These players were truly impressive Lisandro Martínez, Casemiro, Antony, and Varane. The fans also had a part to play too in the victory of their club.

This is an important point and they succeeded in securing it even though the position in the standings has not good enough but at least the points they have achieved will make them improve when the team above them starts to experience a decline in performance.
But when watching last night's match LFC's defense was not as good as thought because of Ali's outstanding performance which kept them from conceding, a penalty save and several dangerous shots from West Ham makes them reach 3 point.

For me this is not surprising, Manchester United deserved to win this match, they played quite neatly and attractively both in attack and defence, Fred was able to control the game with a very good rhythm, Casimero also performed well in this match.
Fred's goal in the 47th minute made Manchester United more confident, so United played quite openly and in the 69th minute Bruno Fernandes managed to increase the advantage.
While Ronaldo left the pitch before the game ended, this only made his condition worse at United.

In other games we saw Chelsea who played like losers, they couldn't even beat a team like Brentford. For Liverpool, even though they played quite badly, at least they managed to get 3 points, this is very important for them to move up to the top of the EPL standings.

Congratulation to Liverpool for the massive victory they achieved from West Ham, because many people thought that the match will end up draw 1-1 but Liverpool defenders never allow such thing to happen than to ended up the match with 1-0 for the favour of Liverpool. Based on what I experienced from Liverpool in their last match that made them to defeated mighty Manchester city, and still defeated mighty West Ham in this match,  showed that Liverpool coach has solved the problems of Liverpool in this season. If Liverpool can maintain this strategies they are using now, I think they will definitely win this season title.
