Manchester United and Liverpool are also ready to spend big to strengthen the squad. But it is not sure whether they will be able to play consistently well in the coming season. And so until now, the Manchester City team is being kept ahead for next season's title. However, several teams will fight for the title next season. It is unlikely that any particular team will dominate the Premier League.

I would give a rather moderate estimation whether the Premier League will be dominated by one team or not. Maybe it is not likely in the literal sense, but it is also not unlikely. For me it is somewhere in between because saying it is unlikely would also rule out the possibility that Manchester City is once again playing an extraordinary season and win 22 out of the first 25 games and take the lead already by far. That is possible. Liverpool, for example, has so much to improve and to prove, I wouldn't count them in as a title favorite at this point. It is not easy to have a strong opinion about them yet. Manchester United could perhaps make the next step and really stay at the top for a while, but in general I would say that a team that wants the title should be aiming for 90 points and more and that is where I don't see three or four teams to achieve that.

For Manchester City I also see this club will remain top seed. Even now everything at Man City seems to be running so smoothly. they don't face many obstacles even in the current transfer market.

And I have different thoughts this time with the condition of Manchester United. We know that Manchester United is currently experiencing a goalkeeper crisis. And another obstacle for this club is the amount of spending in the transfer market this time, which is not too big. Even after recruiting Mason Mount, we know that Man United's budget is not much left. So that this club is having a hard time bringing in the goalkeeper they are after from Inter Milan. man United is having a hard time making high bids due to the limited remaining budget. So my conclusion about Man United is that they probably won't be as good as last season. unless the club acquisition process is quickly materialized by Sheikh Jassim. then Man United will be even better. because of course the budget will definitely increase.

I think this incident will be a very valuable experience for Arteta. What happened to Arsenal is normal because the manager has wasted a lot of time but they haven't prepared good players on the bench. I think it's normal that most people, including Arsenal fans, blame the manager for this, because after all he controls all the strategy in every game. Im aware if arsenal already targeted him since last season but arsenal is able acquiring him now. It's just matter of time until arsenal will be announcing him as arsenal's player.

All the fuzz about mason mount no.7 jersey is just united fans trying to make a big deal out of nothing, we all know that ten hang is trying his possible best to improve the club performance and gathering with his best abilities players in which he feels can do well for the club and mason mount is one of those moves although am not in full support of the deal but I would like to be optimistic about his importance and influence in the club after this deal.

Because Arteta's team managed to top the standings for quite a long time throughout the season. even though at the end of the season Manchester City managed to overtake and made Arsenal have to settle for only being ranked 2nd. but that was already good compared to previous seasons. the mistake I meant last season was that Arsenal did not have enough good backup players when some of their core players were injured which made Arsenal suffer several defeats or were held to several draws by a team they should have been able to beat at that time. And the mistake was that at that time Arsenal did not have proper preparation to deal with a situation when several of their core players were injured. So this time it seems that Arteta does not want this to happen again. so he has to be more aggressive in the transfer market this time. to build a more mature squad. which makes him have to have many options if a core player is injured. because this time Arsenal will not only focus on the Premier League but Arteta must also ensure Arsenal also perform well in the Champions League.

You're partially right, Arsenal FC truely lost their winning streak towards the end of last season but in my opinion, i believe it takes more than a perfect winning streak to win a league, Arsenal FC was fantastic and performed outstandingly last season but all of these credits were as a resultant of their woeful performance over the decades despite being one of the biggest teams of all time in England. Arsenal FC squad was not very special on paper, if only we can all admit that they never had a top tier squad before the season started, they only built a squad out of tenacity and hard work which was totally different from every football fan's initial sentiment. In conclusion, i feel Arsenal was lucky with fixtures at the earlier stage of the season and unlucky with fixtures towards the end of the season, they faced tougher opponents like playing relegation zone teams, rivals and other Europa competion spot contenders which they couldn't withstand due to there lack of squad depth to manage fatigues and injuries through team rotation, the gunners were fantastic and them ending up as the first runner-up last season was a big achievement. It was a league competition, all moments counts till the 38th match day let's all not forget.

This is somehow incorrect; Manchester United inability to spend this summer is not due to the Glazers but instead FFP restrictions; MUFC Need to make couple of sales to balance their FFP regulations or they spend only a little above 150M. Every summer, the Glazers spend good amount of money in the transfer market.

If the glazers remain, it would be nice if the owners set up a competent football head team to oversea signings, recruitment and contract talks; that way MUFC gets better

The truth is that Mason mount don't have any choice but to give his best performance for Manchester United,  with the number given to him other players,  fans are looking up to him, I think this will motivate him to do better . To  me I feel Mason Mount will do better under Manchester United,  he is an experienced player with a good performance,  I don't  think Manchester United will  be too hard for him to perform well in the new season. For Manchester United to able to bring  Mason Mount into the squad it is a good achievement for the season.

Mount is a player that would have an instant impact if he plays his best, dude has been playing well for a few years now and he could definitely provide a lot to the team right away.

However, the job falls on the coach a bit as well, we all know how Mount plays, if he makes him play the way he likes to play then he would definitely provide some good impact, or at least he would be asked to play the way he has been playing, but if the coach asks him to play differently then we are going to see him do a bit differently and that's going to hurt his chances to play well, ETH definitely makes players play better, we have seen that so far and I have complete trust in him that he will be capable of asking Mount to play better and get the best out of him as well.
