Chelsea's New coach, Mauricio Pochettino, was once a Premier League coach, and from his record, he performed well with the time he spent, and he is a recognized coach in the world as well, so seeing him as Chelsea's new coach, I am happy, and I believe he will perform well and take Chelsea back to its normal standard in the Premier League. So I am fully expecting Chelsea's performance to be strong next season.

He was manager of Spurs, but he didn't win anything in all his time there, his best achievement was a CL final that they lost, thus i don't know if i can say he performed well at Spurs, but one thing he was able to do was to play attractive football that was very pleasing to watch. Having said that, Chelsea is a bigger team than Spurs with obviously a bigger budget, thus he might achieve his long awaited success in Stamford Bridge.

There are many young players available, but Manchester United is searching for a quality goalkeeper who can perform and confidently step in for De Gea.
Onana, the goalkeeper, is still young and active at the age of 27. He won't soon lose the determination to be a good goalkeeper, in my opinion.
If Manchester United can afford the 60 million euros Inter Milan is asking for, they should try to sign him. He merits the cost.

Onana would be great for Manchester United and I believe he would be a perfect replacement for De Gea. He has been really active and a solid shot stopper that is relied upon by his teammates.
Hopefully, the deal would be in Manchester United’s favor as they do need a dependable goalie like Onana. De Gea has already played his part for the team and now, it’s time for someone else.

But in this season I think they are going to go for all. Because they are the winner of the Champions League and also the English Premier League as well. They will certainly try their best to defend. They have won PL 5 times in last 6 seasons so it's not a big task for them. They right now will sure target to win CL again because that is something that they haven't won until last season and how crazy will it be to start winning CL on a consecutive run. PL is easy for them as it needs a consistent run but since CL has knockout stages, it makes things much more difficult so for City it will be a real challenge this season. I am also not confident if they will win it but from my view I think they really have a good squad and will definitely go deep into the knockout stages of CL again this upcoming season.

Well, I agree that going for the Champions League makes a lot more sense compared to going for the English Premier League title. But the thing is the season has not started and of course, at this moment they are going to have the mentality to go for everything. Eventually, all you know is which way they are going to concentrate. If they are behind too much in terms of points in the English Premier League. They are obviously not going to watch till the English Premier League anymore and put all their strength to win the Champions League and vice versa. If it is possible for them to actually win both the trophies. But the competition is going to be harder compared to the last season.

3meek I believe that City and Arsenal both have an equal chance of winning the league because Arsenal have bought some of the best available player’s and majority of their transfers have premier league experience hence I feel that they’ll be City’s main rival. Furthermore then you have Manchester United, Liverpool and Newcastle who’ll be battling it for the top 3 spots and depending on whom Chelsea buy even they could challenge for a top 4 spot but they definitely won’t be in the title race.

Manchester City in my opinion aren’t the only contenders to win the premier league trophy in the upcoming season. They’re in top form and are probably favorites to win but there are other clubs that could be considered as equally strong contenders for the trophy.
Arsenal can not be underestimated as they’ve been prepping hard and getting ready for the next season. They surely don’t want to make the same mistakes made in the previous season. Also Manchester United is also preparing for the next season and I think they, along with Newcastle are clubs to watch out for.

Although Pochettino did not get any trophies and titles at Tottenham but I am sure that does not mean Pochettino is bad, because after all Pochettino also at least always managed to make Tottenham consistent to compete in the upper zone in the English Premier League standings. Therefore, then of course if Pochettino is in a team that is bigger from many aspects when comparing Tottenham and Chelsea, then I believe that Pochettino has a good chance to be able to provide a more stable performance for Chelsea. Although in this case I do not doubt Bonucci when playing, but considering the current age of Bonucci is too old I think because actually last season also they with Botman and Dan Burn were very good for their defence.

Every club is preparing to perform well next season and not only the clubs which you mentioned, dont be surprise if you see clubs that didn't perform well last season performing well next season, from the way things are going, no club should be underestimated. But i still have confidence that Manchester city is going to perform well next season, pep Guardiola is a experienced coach and he is doing everything possible to keep Manchester city in line.
I dont really know how Chelsea's performance will be next season, getting a new coach and players, it wont really be easy for them, so currently i cant predict how their performance will be, but lets just hope they perform better next season.

In the Premier League it will be even more competitive, I believe other teams will compete strictly including the several teams mentioned, Liverpool will also not make any more mistakes like in the previous season.
Too much optimism on Manchester City, I know it's the favorite team but I think other teams will definitely match their game and even beat it.
A normal first season will be more difficult because Pochettino has to understand the old style of play, but Pochettino always has tactics and that is his plan to turn Chelsea top of the table again in the coming season.

I think this is the season in which the other teams are going to be strong together to actually beat Manchester City to the English Premier League title.
