In my opinion, Andre Onana might not be suitable for a value as high as 60 million euros. The quality is good, but it's a rather insane value for a goalkeeper who is 27 years old. Manchester United have to be very realistic about their high bids, but I think there are plenty of other young goalkeepers they should consider.

Even if Inter don't drop down from 60 million euros I don't think Manchester United will back down from the deal. Because Onana might really be the best option available in the transfer market now. They can't sign a random goalkeeper after having a wonderful one for 12 years like De Gea. They should be able to keep their defending reliable for bigger successes.

3meek I believe that City and Arsenal both have an equal chance of winning the league because Arsenal have bought some of the best available player’s and majority of their transfers have premier league experience hence I feel that they’ll be City’s main rival. Furthermore then you have Manchester United, Liverpool and Newcastle who’ll be battling it for the top 3 spots and depending on whom Chelsea buy even they could challenge for a top 4 spot but they definitely won’t be in the title race.

I don't know why Arsenal got so screwed up at the end of the season, but I was very surprised by their results when they could easily win the EPL but lost points against weak clubs... Before the arrival of Erling Haaland, the club was lacking a world class striker. The quality in the squad is a result of several good transfers over the years.

Apart from the high salary, one of the other reasons that made Ten Hag reluctant to extend De Gea's contract was De Gea's playing style which tends to be a line keeper. While, what Ten Hag wanted was a Ball Playing Keeper with good distribution and sweeping capabilities. Andre Onana is the kind of goalkeeper that Ten Hag wants and I think Man United will try their hardest to sign Onana.

I watched Pochettino's first press release as a Chelsea manager earlier today and he made some promises and big statements that he is at Chelsea to win. It's difficult to take management of a team that reached one of its lowest levels in recent years. So far, I'd say he has been cleaning up the team and sold off some of the deadweight. Potter didn't want to admit it but there were players that weren't supposed to be in the club last season but he featured them more often than not.

It's going to be a long road for Pochettino. If there's one thing I'm sure of, it's that the next PL challenge is going to be really tough. All teams are arming their squad. Interesting times ahead and Good luck to Pochettino.
