Pochettino's burden is very heavy because Chelsea is currently a team that is in a very downturn and right now they are overhauling a lot of players in the squad so Pochettino has to reorganize this team from the start.

Well they signed so many players in the previous transfer window so they got so many new players. They sold only old players and they just have to implement new players into their squad and start playing well. They bought too many players and they didnt hit well last season

Pochettino will definitely need to develop a better match strategy, as well as strengthen the bond between the players. Then maybe Chelsea's performance will be somewhat stable. But I don't think Chelsea will fight for the title next season. A longer period of time is needed to build a squad capable of fighting for the title.

If Pochettino succeeds in making every Chelsea bond well with one another in the field of play and giving them the mentality that they can beat any club(big or small), the Chelsea team will be fighting for the premier league title next season. because by right, they have the caliber of players that suppose to take them to the top of the PL table every season, lifting about one or two trophies at the end of each season.

If Andre Onana comes that is a different story, but Manchester United is not all set if they start into the new season with only young goalkeepers. I guess that is why they stl keep the option with De Gea as some kind of joker. But De Gea won't play that game for very long and I assume he will make Manchester United bleed hard financially if they have to decide and offer him another new contract. He won't sign a contract below his expectations.

Over reliance on Degea almost gave Teng Erik a hypertension when he thought of making it among the top 4 was squashing out right in front of his eyes, it took lots of combine effort and extra calculations before they got to that spot again and he doesn't want to repeat this mistakes again, he is taking his chances to source for another good goalkeeper and as Onana  is available in the market, they are putting extra effort to bring him to Manchester United but De Gea unofficial announcement and what to expect in the future is not available, the club and him are not saying anything and that is why people think they Manchester United may still need De Gea.

Well so far the most recent news is that Manchester United raised their offer for Onana, but a deal has not been signed yet. That means De Gea is still in the game and it is even better for him if a new deal takes time as that also poses the risk for Manchester United that De Gea goes elsewhere and Inter then knows that they could raise the price for Onana even further. I wouldn't count on De Gea waiting until Manchester United made their final decision. He will also see what the market is doing and try to sign a good contract with a new team if that is what suits him best. Ten Haag has to express his distrust or otherwise he wouldn't want a different goalkeeper and if it doesn't work he suddenly has to trust De Gea again.

I don't agree if you say Pochettino will not be burdened by Chelsea's demands. Pochettino has signed a contract to do his job of reclaiming the glory left for Chelsea in recent seasons. He has to take responsibility for the job he chooses to do, so obviously that will be the weight Pochettino is most likely to think about during his stay.

Chelsea supported him with a budget and smoothed out his development plans by selling several senior players. This team has been very different and there is no certainty whether Pochettino will succeed in a few seasons or maybe he will suffer the same fate as Tuchel, Graham Potter and Lampard.

That's the attitude that we can't see from the Chelsea board because they relatively don't have long patience if they see the team's performance is not good and the management will issue a decision to fire the coach as we have seen last season. However, if Pochettino is given time to slowly build a team, I think Pochettino will succeed in bringing Chelsea to a better state in the coming seasons.

We don't see the names of Chelsea players who are admired by the fans like the Chelsea squad in the past few seasons when at that time they had quite a good striker like Drogba.  For now, Chelsea have to look for stickers that are truly productive in scoring goals and that will make a big difference for them in the coming seasons. I think Chelsea fans will be disappointed if they have high hopes for Pochettino. I don't think Pochettino was very successful with PSG. Chelsea's problem is much the same as PSG's. Chelsea's squad has plenty of star players, but the bond between them is weak. Due to this, the performance of the team is not consistent. Pochettino should revamp the Chelsea team. Chelsea have a lot of players in their squad, a lot of star players in the team. But Chelsea management should now consider Pochettino's decision. Maybe Chelsea have other reasons why they are selling players who are considered important and can make a good contribution to the team. Well I kind agree and disagree (if you mean as I am thought after reading your post).

Ok, so I do agree that United giving #7 puts a really high hopes form Mount but this can play as "double edged sword" that depends on how he makes his start for United. There is high expectations from Mount right now and if he fails to make strong impressions then he can really fall out of ten Haag favor later on - similar to what happened with Eden Hazard at Real Madrid. It is also important for ten Haag to play him at his comfortable position to make best out of him. Mount is very adaptable in attacking positions so it will give ten Haag a good advantage to use him in matches according to situations.

Let’s not conclude Chelsea doesn’t have a good project for next season, we all know they have to offload some players from the squad obviously in order to achieve a precise and balanced team, I personally won’t predict Pochettino’s future with the Paper view of the available squad, he can make the available squad valuable by utilizing them efficiently, it all falls back to understanding that the Pochettino-Chelsea project is a long term project, it’s achievable, Wait and see.
