I won't be shocked to see major transfers of big players in the premier league because while everyone is looking for wheres best to win a trophy, others are simply looking for better pay check and making retirement plans.

De Gea's transfer is quite shocking, I mean, he has a better chance of game time and the team is looking ready to jump into the league to do wonders.
Besides Onana, Ten Hag is also going to make a purchase for a striker with versatile knowledge of all the strike position. I wouldn't say that qualifying for the Champions League is impossible for Chelsea. But it will be much more difficult for Chelsea. Chelsea is a Renowned team in the Premier League.
