Yes, it is workable, but the second option must be included in their plan. After all, the coach must have more than one scheme of play and cannot rely on just one player, which means he must have many options to work with. But i think, maybe would be great if Granit Xhaka and Kai Havertz can play in one team because then, then i'm sure Arsenal's midfield will be very good. But yes, the composition like that seems cannot be realized because it looks like Arsenal also need to sell some players to be able to bring Kai Havertz in this transfer window. I'm concerned about Chelsea's next season after the departures of Mount and Havertz. The team needs a significant rebuild, but it's also crucial to develop strong relationships within the squad. In my opinion, the main issue lies with the team management rather than the players themselves, so Todd Boely should address that immediately. It's important to have skilled strikers, proficient passers, and a reliable goalkeeper. Chelsea must take care on scoring goals as well. Personally, Lukaku want to stay with Inter Milan one year later but difficult option for Inter after Chelsea not opening again loan option and Inter must spent for transfer fees. Another side, Lukaku not guarantee will get regular position if return to Chelsea due have sign new forward Jackson and Nkunku.  Difficult choose for Lukaku and he should return to Chelsea and have fight to get regular position by consistency performance. I understand Chelsea now want a big change from Poche, but I hope they don't impose too much like high targets or something like that, because in my opinion, targets like that will disrupt the process of building a solid team.
I really understand that targets will always be there for a club, but I mean they have to be realistic about how they are now, whether it is possible to process quickly or vice versa.

What are you going to do when you're unwanted in the workplace though? I get it that he has to be professional but let's be realistic here.
