Chelsea are building a very good squad, they have managed to clear out the aged players who are no longer performing at a high level and have recruited young and vibrant players. Looking at the preseason results, it shows that Chelsea will do much better this season with the current squad at their disposal. They show good team work, better connection amongst the players and most importantly they seem to have a better playing style than last season.

Even though this is pre-season, they could win the EPL title this season because usually, a team that is on fire in pre-season is a good sign. If we look at last season like Newcastle and Brighton, it was something special to achieve them last season. I only hope that Chelsea can bring in at least three more players who are quite influential in terms of play, so it is not impossible that Chelsea can compete for the EPL title this season.

This is just my thought, Chelsea has a very big chance to win the Premier League this season. because they will only focus on local competitions like when they won the EPL League in the 2016-2017 season. Or at least finishing in the top four this season is the highest achievement for Potcetino himself. Chelsea's minimum target is solidity, fighting spirit, and a winning mentality so that next season they can again become the favorites to win the EPL.

Mason Greenwood's future at Manchester United is increasingly full of question marks and the club is considering the best options for the player before the EPL starts on the 14th of August. It was an unexpected and unfortunate incident that occured between Mason Greenwood and his girlfriend which resulted in him getting suspended for the whole of last season. I expected this would have died down since the news broke out that the case was settled between the two parties. At some point, it was speculated that a move away was being considered but until now no steps have been taken and no decision have been made concerning this. I really want this to be settled quickly as I love to see Greeneood on the pitch.

It seems Jadon Sancho is not in the good form Ten Hag wants him to be so far, because Sancho had a better performance in Dortmound and the Sancho we saw in Bundesliga and Dortmound had much better performance than he currently has in Manchester United.
That's why Ten Hag gave him a soft warning about his performance and said he expect him to show better performance.

Let’s just think for a second that with the Saudi league, somehow get Mbappé, it is going to be huge. There is going to be another flock of players going to the Saudi league. First of all we got to see the Ronaldo effect. This time we all have seen the Mbappé effect.

But anyway, I do not think that this is happening. He is certainly not going to go to Saudi league. Currently I do not see him going to the English Premier League. The only club in the English Premier League, which could have attracted him was Manchester City and they already have Erling Haaland. So for now, it is either PSG or Real Madrid.

If you look at the quality of Mbappe and his current age, we can all guess that he still wants to play in Europe. I think Mbappe rejection of the Saudi Arabian league team is the best decision because he can develop well in Europe with his new team this season. So far teams from the EPL have tried to hunt for Mbappe signature in this transfer window. Liverpool is a team that wants to sign Mbappe on loan. I think it is better for Mbappe to accept an offer from an EPL team than a Saudi Arabian league team because for now the Premier League is the best league in the world.

However it will all be up to Mbappe as he has yet to decide his future in this transfer window. There is a lot of speculation that he will stay with PSG even though he will grace the bench until the end of the season.

But talking about West Ham's offer to Maguire it seems that it has been rejected by Manchester United because they want around 40 million for the player. But with the performance he is showing now, it is actually like a dream if you want interested clubs to pay 40 million for Maguire.

It seems Manchester United are not desperate to sell Maguire because he will be a good backup for the defensive lineup of the team. They are willing to let him stay and fight for a position in the first team. But coach Erik Ten Hag has made it clear that he will not also stop him from moving to any club he feels he would get better treatment. I don't think Manchester United will get anything more than £20m from his sale because his performance has not been impressive.  But Maguire is still young and tends to improve in the future if he puts in more effort. Sometimes it is so good to move to another club. Most players can improve if they play under another coach. West Ham coach David William Moyes might unlock the hidden potential of the former captain of United.

Mbappe has his sights set on Real Madrid and wouldn’t be motivated by the money to move over to play at the Saudi league even if it’s just for a season. Just cause he refused the almost unbelievable offer offered by the Saudis, that doesn’t mean he won’t be at some point be willing to play in the EPL.
I personally think he just doesn’t fancy the idea of playing in the Saudi league and I think he still wants to play competitive football which he won’t probably won’t get at the Saudi league.

If mbappe joins the Saudi league, I don't think he will enjoy playing there, which is why he rejected the club's offer, but what I see is that mbappe wants to achieve many rewards in European leagues, and if he goes to Saudi league, he won't be able to do so. I don't think Real Madrid can get mbappe again because the money that Saudi brings to buy mbappe is very high, and I don't think Madrid can get that If Madrid is promoted before the season begins, I am confident that they will win a trophy next season.

Mbappe refuse to play in any other team, other than PSG and Real Madrid. I don't think a player who refused a very big offer from Saudi Arabia clubs is willing to join Chelsea or Liverpool. These two teams aren't ok last season and doubts are still present concerning how they will perform this season. I doubt he will join EPL.

Haaland is a complete striker that completes a team. For the next couple of seasons, Manchester City will not be needing to sign a new striker to the team with Haaland and even the world cup winning Alvarez who still scores goals for Manchester City when he is given an opportunity to play. Other areas of Manchester City team may need strengthening, but not the strike position. Mbappe will not join Manchester City, he will also not join Liverpool, Liverpool coach already ruled it out.

Indeed the new season will be quite interesting for these three top teams and aslo for their strikers because alot of competition will now be in the league which means a lot of goals too and I don't want to say anything about the new Manchester united signing but I hope his has positive impact to the club, because one of the major problem Manchester united have been facing is acquiring a prolific strikers and I just hope hojlund turn out to be a competition for Harland.

So far I haven't considered Alexander Isak and Rasmus Højlund as competitors for Haaland next season. Alexander Isak proved himself good last season at Newcastle, but Rasmus Højlund has yet to prove anything in the Premier League with Manchester United even though last season he made a big contribution with Atalanta.

I believe Haaland will not be alone on the top scorer board next season, it will always be a struggle between several other top strikers such as Hary Kane, Rashford, Mohamed Salah and several others. Of course it will be very interesting to see who will be in the top board next season among the strikers mentioned, but I think Haaland has a good chance of repeating that.

Although they can perform well in some pre season matches, they may get some difficulties when they play against strong teams in EPL matches. There are many young players in Chelsea squad now, they need an adaptation. Moreover, there are many new players in the current Chelsea squad, their performance can be not really consistent enough when the new season begins.

In this season Chelsea made many big changes, especially in this transfer window where Chelsea sold many players who performed poorly in the previous season and gave a lot of assumptions that Chelsea will start a new era with Pochettino next season.

Chelsea have sold unnecessary players and signed some players who can fit with Pochettino's tactic/strategy. Sure, it is a big change, Chelsea will begin the new season with many new players and a new coach. Let's hope that Pochettino can make Chelsea to perform consistently in the next season.

This is all about the difference in pressure in those pre season games. They all know that nobody will tear them apart in the press when they lose a preparation game against a weaker team. It doesn't matter. The mental condition also doesn't matter because nothing is at risk unless they would lose a game like 0-7 against some second league team from I don't know where, but that usually doesn't happen. This will be about the start against Liverpool, that is when the pressure goes from 10% to 100% and everyone will see whether they are ready to make up for the embarrassing last season.

The emphasis should be put on can fit. Last year we have seen an unprecedented player lottery run by Chelsea. I think the headlines were that never before did a club buy so many players during a single transfer window and spent so much money. They can now add that never before did a club fail so hard after buying so many players and spending so much money... 

Pochettino doesn't have an easy job, but he has a job that offers him some ways to excuse failures. He can say that building a whole new team can't be done within a single year. The standard sentences we know from coaches. I am excited about the first week of the season and of course I will have a closer look at what Chelsea will do.

PSG and Liverpool are said to be in talks for Mbappe to play the last year of his contract at Liverpool on loan. But I do not understand how they can interest him in such an option. Liverpool isn't even in the Champions League. As we saw with the rejected proposal from the Saudis, Mbappe is no longer simply lured with money.

It is not as if Mbappe is not lured by money, of course money plays an important role in how footballers make decisions regarding their career. Mbappe was never going to move to Saudi Arabia because he is very young and one of the best players in the world, he is also already one of the highest paid footballers in the world in PSG and he also earns a huge amount in loyalty bonuses.

Liverpool can't even afford to pay Mbappe's wages for one year, thus there is no chance in hell that he is going to Anfield, Mbappe is either staying in PSG or moving to Real Madrid, i don't think there are any other feasible options.

Salary is not the problem - after all, PSG would probably be able to pay part of Mbappe's salary (just like they are willing to pay part of Neymar's salary if he moves to another club - they want to get rid of him so badly). The problem is different - how do you lure Mbappe to Liverpool without the Champions League + the high probability that being in Liverpool Mbappe will lose a face-to-face duel to Haaland? Mbappe is no fool and would never take such a bad deal.

Mauricio Pochettino had a good start with Chelsea and they won the friendly match against Fulham last night, Nkunku and Thiago Silva scored two goals for Chelsea and they won the game with a 2-0 result however we know Fulham is not a strong team but still it was a good test for Pochettino and his team had good performance because they had much more control over the game and Fulham just one shot on target while Chelsea had six.

Chelsea and Liverpool's not being a part of the Champions League is really like an additional obstacle ahead for them when it comes to making huge signings. About Mbappe I think his first choice would be to sign for Real Madrid. He is even okay with staying for one last season with PSG now and then leave.

Chelsea and Liverpool can make their offers for Mbappe all they want but Mbappe wouldn't directly accept them without hearing from Real Madrid. Even if Real Madrid don't intervene now I feel like Mbappe will choose to stay at PSG for this season instead.

Exactly... thier pre-season matches are top notch for a start... Although I've observed they're still struggling with possession and game control - that qualities tbh don't just need any regular player, it' needs a team of old members with long standing experience...
I don't know why the team decided to remove almost every old player, with only Thiago left to reckon and coordinate the team like the good old days... Secondly, Felix should be given a little play time - great players aren't made from the bench - afterall, Chelsea's previous seasonal performance was really shaddy, making him a nutsack.lmao
