Yes you are right, man utd was very cautious with their approach to the game, the 7-0 lose the last time is still fresh in the back of their minds, so to me it quite logical that they took such approach due to their defensive frailties this season.

Wolves have failed to be effective as they've been in the English Premier League in recent seasons and if they don't improve in their performance, they might end up  struggling to remain in the English top flight next season.

Arsenal have managed to get through this week without any losses.They are playing well as a team and have managed to get into plenty of positions against their opponents.I thought Brighton would give them a hard time, but they didn't give them much of a challenge.Arsenal managed to find 26 shots against their opponents and converted 2 of them into goals.It is important for them to continue to maintain their lead because their fans want success now. This season is very competitive and it seems that the struggle will continue until the last week.The points difference is very close and even Aston Villa is in this race.They also won the match against Brentford despite going behind.We can say that Brentford's 10 men in the second half played a role in winning the match.They got 3 points with 2 goals between 77th and 85th minutes in the second half.

You said Arsenal manage to get through without any losses this week. Indirectly you mean that they were lucky and they do not deserve the points they successfully attain. Arsenal had performed well in their last two matches in both league. In the UCL they played against PSV and it was an easy one for Arsenal and yesterday they played against Brighton at Emirate. We all know that it was not easy for Brighton to beat the gunners especially at Emirate.

Arsenal's performance and results in the English Premier League has all been deserved performances and I don't think there's any that's gonna dispute the fact that Mikel Arteta's men has been consistent with their impressive performances since the start of the season. They were also good in the league last season but didn't continue with their good results till the end of last season but their performance this season I think is gonna last till the end of the season. In my own observation, I think they're more of title contenders this season than they were last season and I wouldn't be surprised to see them win the English Premier League title at the end of the season because they really deserve it

Actually Liverpool were much worse than this in the first half of the previous season. If you remember they started to perform much better in the second half of that season but even that wasn't enough for them to finish the league in top 4. Right now their first half performance in the season is much better. At least the number of points they have collected and their position are.

Liverpool destroyed Manchester United in the second half of the season which was exactly my point as I indicated that Liverpool were performing better in the second part of that season.

The game was hard to watch, a dreadful match between two struggling sides on the day. Yes you are right, man utd was very cautious with their approach to the game, the 7-0 lose the last time is still fresh in the back of their minds, so to me it quite logical that they took such approach due to their defensive frailties this season.

This was the same thing that I was discussing with my friend during the match yesterday, that assuming Manchester united played save and they were not after scoring because if you look at the game during the last 15mins of the first half, it was very obvious in the sense that any ball that reaches united player they will always play a long pass to see if they can use counter attack to net the post.
