They are all still involved in their UEFA tournaments, so there is no advantage for any of the teams regarding exhaustion. Injuries could always become a factor, but that can't be reasonably anticipated.

The international break was again a disaster and this time it was reported that Harry Maguire had to leave England early because he suffered an injury against Brazil some time ago. This is why i don't like international break. It costs the club a lot of resources since many players were injured. Just like when guardiola must have missed kyle walker in so many important games. It was also giving very bad impact to the performance from city when it will be facing many strong clubs.
I think that club shall think wisely about this caused by it will be so bad if they are missing some good players when they are gonna face important matches like against arsenal or real madrid. Having walker is a very important point to keep it strong.

That is far too optimistic with respect to Liverpool. If Arsenal and Manchester City finish the game with a draw, Liverpool could finish that matchday with a 2 points lead ahead of Arsenal and 3 points ahead of Manchester City. That would not mean the end of the world for Arsenal nor for Manchester City. Actually, I think a draw would cause the least damage to all teams combined. But for Manchester City a loss would be very painful. This could make the decisive difference eventually.

But the season wouldn't be over regardless of what happens. All of these three teams have a win rate of roughly 2/3. I can't just predict that win rate into the future, but I do think it makes sense to look at it and think about whether or not it is realistic that the leading team after this matchday will almost safely win the PL.
