Mauricio Pochettino did not deserve to be sacked for many reasons. Firstly, Chelsea showed a positive trend in their results.

I was shocked the day I saw the news that Chelsea sacked Pochettino. I never expected a news like that because towards the end of the season, Chelsea played well, their performance improved, and I was expecting a better performance from Chelsea by next season because pochettino was already getting a perfect arrangement for the Chelsea squad, so I was expecting improvement from them by next season. Chelsea played well in their last five matches, everyone was just surprised by Chelsea's performance, but Pochettino got sacked, and I am sure next season won’t also be easy for Chelsea.

They can't do that, fired Pochettino, if next season they want to compete for the Premier League title or FA Cup.
but they are impatient with Pochettino, they want to do everything instantly, even though Pochettino has already carried out the process to make Chelsea a team that can compete at the top of the EFL.

I'm in support of your statement too, Mauricio Pochettino might not had given them a trophy this season or got them to the top 4 spot but come to think of it, it was his first season in charge of the club and he encountered some challenges of which injuries was one of the major setback from the beginning of the season, if you noticed Manchester united still suffered same injury crisis and it really affected their gameplay but then they won the FA to justify their poor record. Well Pochettino might not had won any trophy but his gameplay changed when most of his players returned from a long injury spell and both manager and payers were beginning to have a mutual understanding on and off the pitch which made them to play wonderful football nobody expected and secured a spot in an European Competition, that's something the board should've considered, I think it's worth a second chance. I'm not going to say Chelsea would regret sacking him cause their new coach might suprise everyone but Pochettino deserved a second chance. How long would they go on trying different coaches? I think they need a coach with a vision, and then support him to do better. I bet they'll still sack Enzo Maresca if he fails to deliver in the upcoming season.

there is no need to doubt whether Enzo Maresca can make changes in the next season to bring Chelsea back to its glory days because of the management's confidence and also the fans see the history of Enzo Maresca who has experience when he was an assistant coach at Man City.
we probably won't know what Enzo Maresca will do, but we have to believe that Chelsea has good finances and can give Enzo the freedom to bring in the players he wants as long as they can really make a good contribution in the upcoming matches.

regarding Pochettino disappointment who has succeeded in bringing Chelsea to a good achievement to finish in the best position, but I'm sure he will be more accepting of the policies given by Chelsea management and I think Pochettino can still look for another team that can appreciate his hard work more and maybe I guess he will still stay with the EPL team but doesn't know which team will choose Pochettino as their new coach.

I completely agree you big man. When you consider the number of coaches they have brought in the last two to three years, and at the same time sack them, you'd see that they don't have no patience and knows nothing about longetivity which they talk about.

Sacked Thomas Tuchel, Graham Potter, brought in Frank Lampard and also dumped him and now Mauricio Pochetino who was already standing on his ten toes with these lads and we could also see how they're fighting or fought for him game after game. I don't think they'll be appointing a new coach, they just have to give Enzo some levels of freedom which they don't give tue previous.

What you say is also true that Chelsea don't have patience so they always give short time to the coaches they have. It doesn't just happen this season, but in previous seasons they did the same thing. For example, Thomas Tuchel, where they didn't give Tuchel a chance and immediately fired him, and after that they even changed coaches at least twice after firing Thomas Tuchel.
And now that they are doing the same thing, I'm afraid that if they continue like this it won't get any better for them. because coaches also need time to show that they can handle a club. You have speak all about Chelsea because they lack all what you mentioned, sacking coach is never a serious issue to them, once they are not certified they immediately sack or fire, it's with Chelsea i hear all this frequently, Pochettino really admit that he will be sack even before that very day, but if am to make the final saying on the Pochettino to leaving the club i will like to give him second Chance even though we have formal agreement before now, because my own aims is to see the club progressing which has started towards the end of season, i believe Pochettino has found the worries of the team which he started correcting it and we all see that the team is gradually improving, if given second chance they will compete for the title race next season, i feel new coach will take time to study the players before he can master them, i really pity the new coach because he will be trying hard to meet the require standards and it will take him time.

Chelsea not in good shape, they've struggle to win games but it seems they're currently facing challenges in all sectors. Todd Boehly have good sights for his club because he has made substantial investments and there's more to add to it. Chelsea headcoach, Mauricio Pochettino have failed to meet the requirements expectations of the club been sack for incompetence. Now the question pops up, did Todd Boehly made a good decision by relieving Mauricio Pochettino from managerial position in the club? Personally he made the right choice because Mauricio Pochettino is the same coach the fans have been criticizing for failed attempts to win games.

Chelsea as a club don't have that patience in their DNA, these guys love to stay on top, winning at all cost and they never think losing a game is possible so changing or should I say sacking of coaches is never a new thing. I still don't know what the board are thinking after parting ways with Pochettino who managed to uplift the team that's drowning slowly to the relegation zone, they think hiring a coach who was ones an assistant to Pep is going to solve the problem, I don't think so.
