I am very sad from the performance of  Man City players. They are good energetic players but they lose the final against Man United . Man United team were properly prepared and they worked hard day and night to win this match and they practice for this match many hours. I think that is not good for Man City team because in the future,they will face bad things in future because they have to play against big teams. Your analysis are okay but Manchester city don't look like they are ready to give other clubs in the premier league that chance because their squad is the best in the premier league right now and they don't show any sign like they won't do great next season even though they narrowly ended the season well but I don't see their performance changing to a bad state. I support you, what Manchester United needs is an Open discussion between players and staffs and even with the management which I think is were the main problem has been for long since previous coach and players has spoken about it notably Jose Mourinho and Ronaldo.

Ten Hag is a good coach but I see he just have similar flaw like Xavi which is probably their pride that usually makes them have issues with players. I don't know if the management is right or not because Pochettino built the players that he did not bring to the club. The majority of these players lost form after joining the club, but Pochettino did his best to improve all of them performed at a good level.
