From the Arsenal side, they have a complete squad meanwhile, Chelsea needs new players in defense because Chelsea conceded 63 goals in 38 matches clearly this is proof that Chelsea's defense is very weak. Your analysis are okay but Manchester city don't look like they are ready to give other clubs in the premier league that chance because their squad is the best in the premier league right now and they don't show any sign like they won't do great next season even though they narrowly ended the season well but I don't see their performance changing to a bad state. Chelsea really showed good sign of changes in them because their performance towards the end of season was very good and for Arsenal they also have one of the best squad currently in the premiership but I don't see them performing better next season because they were close to winning the league title on two good seasons but they gave it up to Manchester city so next season will be very tough and competitive because some little teams like Aston Villa and Newcastle may rise up then for Manchester united, for the fact that they won the FA cup can give them motivation and morale to fight hard next season.

Manchester City is in good condition for now but to me the management will not be satisfied and since peps contract is ending next year they will definitely increase his stay with Manchester City and I don't blame them. I agree with you here. Its different playing a match and having in mind that you have to be careful because you have other games to paly since the fitness and availability of each players matters a lot than playing in a finals when we all know that there is nothing to loses once they are done they are in break for a while. This is not the first Chelsea gave a long contract duration, before that Chelsea also gave 5 years contract duration to Graham Potter, but Chelsea sacked him even though he wasn't reach a year. So, Chelsea can sack him whenever they want.

It's a mistake for Chelsea to sack Pochettino and hire Maresca, did they not see Maresca was the one who make Palma Calcio 1913 relegated from Serie A to Serie B? perhaps this is what Chelsea wants, they want Chelsea to relegated from Premier League.
