From a mental point of view, Ten Hag actually has a condition that is quite good because he does not even waver even though a lot of criticism is directed at him, it's just that for the way of coaching, including how the decisions he makes in transferring players or decisions in seeing the condition of players who are only based on his ego, it seems bad which makes the player's condition less comfortable when working with him because it seems that Ten Hag has a nature that does not want to be denied by anyone and considers that he is the most powerful and makes decisions as he pleases.

If indeed this happens but doing it professionally means that he can see from the other side for the progress of the club then I think it can be even better but the problem is that sometimes the decisions he makes are detrimental to the club which makes it difficult for me to say that he is a good coach.

He sometimes only thinks about himself without seeing the players which makes his authoritarian attitude not really suitable for football especially in the EPL where the tension is much stronger.

The players wear the jersey everyday and they give the spirit to play but not for this current manager, Manchester United have what it takes to make the club to be one of the most feared clubs in the EPL but they're not ready to play for Erik ten Heg, sometimes we'll say is the manager's fault because of how he started with the club, too much expectation and if you say he needs better player the board didn't help him out especially in this very season.
In the days of Alex Ferguson things were done the way he wanted but now the funds to get players is a problem so they have to manage what they have. Rashford who was suppose to be the main man suddenly lost form, Fernandez also lost his feet in the game, and it looked like the midfield wasn't functioning and you see players like Casimiro started playing where he hasn't played before, off his position and you expect these guys to do well? No.
The thing is Manchester United is bigger than ten Heg, UTD is not like Ajax where they don't have much expectations and the pressure at UTD is very much bigger than that of Ajax so if you're a coach that's coming to Old Trafford just know that you're coming to coach both the players, the board and even the ex players because if you mess up they're there to make you feel the heat. To be honest with you I think is best to let the man know if he'll continue with the club or not because I know there are clubs who would want his services.

Arsenal cannot be denied that their performance in the last 2 seasons is not bad but that's all there is nothing more special that makes this an advantage for Arsenal. Their mentality can falter in some matches that even look easy. In addition, even though in the attack line there are Havertz, Martineli, Gabriel and Saka but the finish for Arsenal is also inconsistent because they can play well and seem easy to score goals but in other conditions we also sometimes see them so troubled and just waste opportunities in matches so this is another consideration where Arsenal have a lower probability of fighting for the championship. As long as Arteta still has yearly problems (because every season is always like this) then indeed until whenever Manchester City remains above them unless Pep leaves City then the chances will change.

The problem with judging Ten Hag is the problem with how you position United. If as a top club with temporary problems and the goal of returning to the throne, then Ten Hag is definitely a bad coach (even Solskjaer was closer to the title). If we consider United an ordinary average team for which playing in the Europa League is the norm, and getting into the Champions League is happiness (just getting there, not winning), then Ten Hag is a completely suitable coach.

I don't really understand the context of what you then refer to as a bad coach because from what I know, a coach is definitely supposed to have good relationship and closeness with his players and if one or two players under performed in a match I don't feel that giving them extra training or like you said yourself "hard training" is actually the right solution because in a team once their is no good understanding between the players and the coach the whole set seems to not work even if the coach is very good at what he is doing and this is exactly the case with ten hag at Manchester united.

Regardless of various assumptions, Man United is still an elite Premier League club, this is proven by the way they maintain their existence by spending large budgets in the transfer window, especially during Ten Hag tenure as manager. @Sakanwa I agree with you. I don't believe that Zidane can't be a good coach in the Premier League. Zidane is an excellent coach and Zidane has already proved it. I have no doubts about Zidane's ability. I don't think Zidane is unfit to be a Premier League coach just because he hasn't played in the Premier League. There are many coaches who were not star players but were great coaches. A player's career and a coaching career are completely different.

Changing coaches is not a bad idea but changing a coach when the team is having a good performance is not good at all, Chelsea is having a good performance at the end of the season and what the team does is sack the coach, that is not good, to be honest, pochettino is trying his best to make sure the team improve and fight for a good position next season but at the end of the season they sacked him, Chelsea coach is not the problem of the team, although sometimes when a team is having good or bad performance the coach suppose to be blamed but pochettino is not the real problem of Chelsea performance, from the beginning of the season we all know how Chelsea player’s are having injuries including the new players they sign have been having injuries.

Chelsea has signed another coach who will lead the team if the season starts from my experience, they need to cooperate and there should be good communication between the players and coach because if the players don’t like the coach the team will not achieve what they want, if Chelsea can play the way they played at the end of last season they will be able to achieve something good, I didn’t say that they can win the league because any team that can win premier league title is going to be stronger than Manchester City and I don’t see that kind of performance of defeating Manchester City with Chelsea.

Chelsea at the end of this season has really shown their seriousness in trying to build the squad as well as possible, they are reported to have reached an agreement with several teams regarding player transfers.
Maybe this could be good start for next season considering that this season Chelsea appeared to show surprise at the end of the season even though they failed to get tickets to one of the important competitions next season.

Chelsea performance was very low in the beginning of this season and it made their position in the premier league table so low, because their new manager was still working hard to ensure he get it right which he made some signs at the end of the tournament to make sure he top Manchester united in the table.  I think, there is a hope for Chelsea in the next season competition to do better, because we saw what they did when the tournament was coming to an end and some teams that use to defeat them before, Chelsea started defeating them to make their fans happy. Based on some competition Chelsea are not going to play next season, I think it will make them to concentrate on premier league competition very well to perform what will make them to end up in second or third position at the end of the next season.

Personally I think Nketiah and Gabriel Jesus hasn't live up expectations as far as goal scoring form is concerned last season that is why Arteta had deployed Kai Havertz as a makeshift striker consequently he performed well thus Arsenal needed a  new complete striker definitely Nketiah or Gabriel Jesus has to be sold, I understand that Nketiah has been with the club for a long time and from academy, however for Arsenal to challenge Man City for the title a competent striker has to be signed else Man City would continue to win the league having Haaland and Alvarez two profilic strikers in their squad.

One of the main reason why Arsenal didn’t win the Premier League is due to lack of reliable striker.

Arteta have two strikers in his squad list, Nketiah and Gebriel Jesus, but none of them played and score goals to expectations. Jesus had chance and enough playing time but failed to register enough goals as wingers in the team has more goals than him throughout the season.
Nketiah on the other hand did not have enough playing time, he is a good striker that can score goals but Arteta choses to use Harvertz instead of Nketiah because he believes in Harvertz and Havertz delivers.

Then possible solution to Arsenal’s problems is signing a world class and a reliable striker that can lead the team to title glory.

People have already to talking about this because since Arteta handle this team one of Arsenal biggest weaknesses is their forward lines is very weak and actually Arteta realized these conditions and he was attempts to solved this problem with bought some of striker but unfortunately those striker is failed to adapt with Arsenal and the latest is Gabriel Jesus because one of the purposes of Arteta decide to buy Jesus from Manchester City is he thought Jesus can able to performing well as a striker just like he was showed in Manchester City but unfortunately since arrive to Arsenal Jesus hasn't give positive impact for Arsenal even he is repeatly gets injured

Nketiah also is not so different and i know he is from Arsenal Academy but since promote to senior team Nketiah have no progress and every season Nketiah even unable to scores more than 5 goals in Premier League and i think Arteta should be thinking to sell Nketiah this summer and find the replacement of him who probably can performing better than him however talking about Arsenal player target Indeed according to many people predictions they want to focusing to find new striker and the latest rumour i have read is they thinking to buy Joshua Zirkzee from Bologna but it won't be easy because Arsenal have to compete with Manchester United, AC Milan and Juventus to gets this player
