The problem with judging Ten Hag is the problem with how you position United. If as a top club with temporary problems and the goal of returning to the throne, then Ten Hag is definitely a bad coach (even Solskjaer was closer to the title). If we consider United an ordinary average team for which playing in the Europa League is the norm, and getting into the Champions League is happiness (just getting there, not winning), then Ten Hag is a completely suitable coach.

Regardless of various assumptions, Man United is still an elite Premier League club, this is proven by the way they maintain their existence by spending large budgets in the transfer window, especially during Ten Hag tenure as manager. @Sakanwa I agree with you. I don't believe that Zidane can't be a good coach in the Premier League. Zidane is an excellent coach and Zidane has already proved it. I have no doubts about Zidane's ability. I don't think Zidane is unfit to be a Premier League coach just because he hasn't played in the Premier League. There are many coaches who were not star players but were great coaches. A player's career and a coaching career are completely different.

Changing coaches is not a bad idea but changing a coach when the team is having a good performance is not good at all, Chelsea is having a good performance at the end of the season and what the team does is sack the coach, that is not good, to be honest, pochettino is trying his best to make sure the team improve and fight for a good position next season but at the end of the season they sacked him, Chelsea coach is not the problem of the team, although sometimes when a team is having good or bad performance the coach suppose to be blamed but pochettino is not the real problem of Chelsea performance, from the beginning of the season we all know how Chelsea player’s are having injuries including the new players they sign have been having injuries.

Personally I think Nketiah and Gabriel Jesus hasn't live up expectations as far as goal scoring form is concerned last season that is why Arteta had deployed Kai Havertz as a makeshift striker consequently he performed well thus Arsenal needed a  new complete striker definitely Nketiah or Gabriel Jesus has to be sold, I understand that Nketiah has been with the club for a long time and from academy, however for Arsenal to challenge Man City for the title a competent striker has to be signed else Man City would continue to win the league having Haaland and Alvarez two profilic strikers in their squad.

Arteta have two strikers in his squad list, Nketiah and Gebriel Jesus, but none of them played and score goals to expectations. Jesus had chance and enough playing time but failed to register enough goals as wingers in the team has more goals than him throughout the season.
Nketiah on the other hand did not have enough playing time, he is a good striker that can score goals but Arteta choses to use Harvertz instead of Nketiah because he believes in Harvertz and Havertz delivers.

Then possible solution to Arsenal’s problems is signing a world class and a reliable striker that can lead the team to title glory.

As long as Todd Boehly is no longer in a hurry to change coaches, I think Chelsea can return to their best performance under their current new coach, Enzo Maresca. But I am sure that even though at the end of the season we have seen an improved Chelsea, maybe at the start of next season we will see a Chelsea that has been built from scratch again. I mean Chelsea's performance will not immediately be as good as at the end of this season. Because still changing coaches will result in different things. the problem is that disappointment arose when Chelsea fans were very confident that the improvement at the end of last season was a sign that Pochettino was able to take Chelsea to a higher level but instead he was fired and replaced by Enzo Maresca.

Changing coaches is not a bad idea but changing a coach when the team is having a good performance is not good at all, Chelsea is having a good performance at the end of the season and what the team does is sack the coach, that is not good, to be honest, pochettino is trying his best to make sure the team improve and fight for a good position next season but at the end of the season they sacked him, Chelsea coach is not the problem of the team, although sometimes when a team is having good or bad performance the coach suppose to be blamed but pochettino is not the real problem of Chelsea performance, from the beginning of the season we all know how Chelsea player’s are having injuries including the new players they sign have been having injuries.

Chelsea has signed another coach who will lead the team if the season starts from my experience, they need to cooperate and there should be good communication between the players and coach because if the players don’t like the coach the team will not achieve what they want, if Chelsea can play the way they played at the end of last season they will be able to achieve something good, I didn’t say that they can win the league because any team that can win premier league title is going to be stronger than Manchester City and I don’t see that kind of performance of defeating Manchester City with Chelsea.

Boehly's decision was unexpected because they said that they were committed to a long-term cooperation and Pochettino had nothing to worry about, but again these are just words. Chelsea continues to try to change something with the hope that a new coach will come and fix everything, but in fact they only make things worse for the team and for the coaches who had good positions in their previous teams (like Maresca), and now the unknown awaits him at Chelsea, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he suffers the same fate as Potter and Pochettino, because in order for Chelsea to start playing better they need to significantly strengthen the team.

Some people say that just because he has managed only one team so far he is probably not going to be good in the long run. but I find that argument not to be very strong because Xabi Alonso has also not been in the market as a manager for a long time. he has also managed only one big team if we can say that. but he is in demand right now because he has been able to achieve great things with Leverkusen, the "big team".

So it is not about how many teams a coach has managed, it is actually about how good of a result he was able to bring in when he managed a certain team. Zidane was able to bring in incredible results with Real Madrid. he has proof himself if you ask me and he is also capable of doing that again. at this point unless he actually shows some really bad performance and brings in some really bad results I think any club can actually trust him.

For now, I think what Alonso is doing will of course be very difficult for other coaches to do, so far he has proven his capacity as a talented coach and with a squad that is arguably not a star squad he is actually able to provide extraordinary achievements and is very worthy of us considering him as a talented coach,  Alonso, who has never previously handled a big team and also does not have extensive experience with many teams, but has shown extraordinary ability in managing a team that was previously a mediocre, results and achievements are of course an assessment for other clubs to recruit him in the future so we cannot say if maybe he will not be able to bring glory to other teams one day.

To be honest, if you compare Zidane and Alonso to choose the best, of course I personally will choose Alonso who is the best compared to Zidane, indeed so far Zidane has given many achievements to Madrid when he first coached, even his achievements are even greater than those obtained by Alonso today, but we also cannot deny that Zidane success in Madrid is inseparable from the support of many star and great players at that time So it is not surprising for us to see him achieve a lot of achievements at the beginning of his coaching career, but it is different from Alonso who does coach a team that contains players who may not have known their names before this season.

Chelsea at the end of this season has really shown their seriousness in trying to build the squad as well as possible, they are reported to have reached an agreement with several teams regarding player transfers.
Maybe this could be good start for next season considering that this season Chelsea appeared to show surprise at the end of the season even though they failed to get tickets to one of the important competitions next season.
But at least what they are doing can provide gradual change and become team that is on the right track, they have experienced various problems before, including quite frequent changes in coaches.
Now is the time for them to focus on future developments and hopefully the new coach they currently have can make all this happen, Todd Boehly must bury his ego and not try to change coaches again in the future.

Everyone was surprised by the performance Chelsea showed at the end of the season, Chelsea built the young talented players to prepare for the next season's games and compete with top clubs in the Premier League. However, Chelsea has already appointed a new coach who can bring major success to the team next season. Chelsea seems to want to do all possible to qualify for the Champions League next season because they currently have players capable of winning each of their games next season, and they are still considering ways to add more players to strengthen their performance. Maybe they are doing this to ensure that if any of their key players are unable to participate, they have players available to replace them and avoid losing games.

In addition, I'm hoping Todd Boehly should be patient with their new manager next season because Chelsea has sacked three coaches in between two seasons, and that will definitely have an impact on their games if they continue to change the coach. I wish Enzo Maresca the best of luck reaching the club's needs next season.
