Sir Alex is an icon and he is the only coach thay has manage Manchester United with passion, such type of leader that put players before himself and make sure they don't disappoint and he is not too good at pointing fingers. If Manchester United legacy was built like this, he wouldn't reach this level for sure because there wouldn't be that time to show his true color. Is there even a player in Manchester United that can take the club on his shoulder like the ex players, I'm not sure.

I can agree with you that should Eric Ten Hag goes on to have a dismal season like that of last season due to the position on the league table then I think he might be shown the door. But what I will not agree with you is the fact you said he makes players worse I will say that is a lie and a false statement if you ask me. First of all Rashford who mentioned had the best season of his entire career playing under Eric Ten Hag on his first season with almost 40+ goals contribution and the next season which was last season Rashford was below par and still until now the manager keeps trusting him so I don’t understand how he made him worse.

As for Ronaldo and De Gea it is complicated issue, it was the right time to actually get a new goalkeeper ahead of De Gea and he did. Onana before coming to Manchester United that season was one for Europe best goalkeepers, went to the UCL final and even made the Balon D’Or Yashin list for the best goalkeeper of the year. Southampton is the easiest team they can win and such winning will not prove anything regarding their form. Southampton have not been doing so great this season, probably they are still confused as a newly promoted team. I expected more from them than I'm seeing, maybe the will improve with time because the premiership is really a new environment for them. So far they have not won any match and I don't think they will start from Man Utd. If they win Man Utd, I don't think the management will take it easy on the coach as that could be the red line.

Mauricio Pochettino unveiled as new USA head coach

Mauricio Pochettino has been officially announced as the new United States head coach.

The former Tottenham, Chelsea and Paris St Germain manager's appointment with the US men’s national team had been widely anticipated and he has signed a deal to lead them into the 2026 World Cup, which they will co-host with Mexico and Canada.

He told the US Soccer Federation’s website: "The decision to join US Soccer wasn’t just about football for me; it’s about the journey that this team and this country are on.

"The energy, the passion, and the hunger to achieve something truly historic here — those are the things that inspired me. The opportunity to lead the US men’s national team, in front of fans who are just as passionate as the players, is something I couldn’t pass up.

"I see a group of players full of talent and potential, and together we’re going to build something special that the whole nation can be proud of."

Pochettino, 52, left Chelsea in the summer after a single season in charge.

He previously took Spurs to the 2019 Champions League final, where they lost 2-0 to Liverpool, and won Ligue 1 and the Coupe de France during his 18 months at PSG.
