Turkey is pretty weird. If they won that match they could've promoted to higher league but they lost the game and relegate to lower league.
Russia was first before last nights matches but they ended up having an embarrassing loss. Even Serbia didn't expect that. They won and stayed in League B.
Who would expect that Hungary win their match and Russia lose by big margin and Hungary promote to League A? This group had full of surprises.

I'm glad that Nations League is over finally. I never liked the format.

I don't think that Turkey is a weird team. this group was equal so it's not a surprise that all standings took shape only after the last matchday. and Turkey won't stay long in League C. almost sure they will be in top of their group next year.

I completely agree with you. The group was equal. Hungary, Russia, Serbia and Turkey is  almost equal quality. I don't think anyone is too strong here. Each team in this group played well. So you can see, there is not much difference in points between the teams.

Turkey is not weird, i agree. But they are playing really bad. Although they have good players, they could not find a good team spirit unfortunately. In the  League C, there is not a good football team anyway, they will return to the upper league.
When we look at the quality of players it was supposed to be a Turkey in a much better place. A team with successful football players who play in very good clubs.

Who's in the Nation League finals? Between Belgium, France, Italy and Spain?

France has a good selection and played with Portugal and have an average performance in my opinion

Italy is another good selection but it also had an average performance if we consider that they were in a group of weak selections

spain also has a good selection and have good performance because they were in the germany group and they managed to have only one defeat and still leave germany behind

Belgium is also a good team and was lucky to be in a group of very weak teams, England has had inconsistent performances

I think Belgium and France are more likely to be the champions

I think it's time for the Russian government to stop focusing only on wars, persecution policies and focus on soccer, because I don't see the Russian team having good results in international competitions

Let's hope Belgium wins at the end. With this selection they got a chance to do. All the other countries won some tournaments already so it would be nice if Belgium win.

I don't think neither of the other 3 teams can compete with France. They are too strong on the paper versus the others.

Spain is in the decline phase and Italy is back in the rising phase, will be an interesting match for sure in the final they can both compete with Belgium if they manage to win somehow... but with France, they have no chance.

Yeah I expect to see France in the final, it would be a surprise if they will not qualify.
For Spain and Italy, I think Italy will win but I am not sure. There might be even decisive penalty kicks and then there will be just a pure hazard?

The problems with Finland are not real problems.France just took them easy as they were not playing full power because they didn’t need this.When it will come to real clashes like for example against Belgium they will absolutely go full power and would be a great game to watch.

I mistakenly thought this was World Cup qualification games actually, since the teams are all the same in Europe and no idea we are back in Nations League. I wonder what happens to this format if the new World Cup proposal is accepted where it would be played every 2 years instead of 4!

I back Italy and France for this one. One to extend their non-lose streak and one to regain confidence.

Belgium has a good chance of winning this match because France is not looking very confident right now. It would seem a very strong team, but they lost points in many matches, even with not the strongest teams. I agree that there can be many goals scored in a match, both teams have good attacking, and both have strong forwards who score a lot of goals.

This time around we have much better teams in the semifinals, any one of them can lift the trophy. Belgium has problems in defence and France will miss Kante, but I still feel these 2 teams have a slighter advantage over Italy and Spain. I'm tipping on France to win it.

A year, well almost, to see this competition resuming.
Italy - Spain match is quite challenging but Italian showed a great skill in EURO especially. Odds are also backing Italy @2.2 vs @3.4 for Spain.
Belgium - France is also Interesting, Belgium is a hard team while France dropped a lot in performance. Although odds are in favor of France @2.5, I think Belgium could win @2.9, it all depends from how bad France will play..

It's second season of Nations League and I still don't get what's is exact format of this tournament and what's the whole point of it.
Nevermind. Both semifinals looks exciting. In Italy - Spain game I would give advantage to Italy. They still continue amazing record breaking series without defeats and they will play at home.
About Belgium - France game, I will tell my opinion later on matchday.

That's exactly what i think. The match between Italy and Spain will decide the winner of the Nations League. In the European Championship (Semifinals) it was 50/50 and Italy fortunately won it in the penalty shootout. Italy v Belgium match will be strong offensively. Italy vs Spain it is dominated by tactics.

Italy is in great form and I expect them to do well against Spain that is missing real threat in attack.

In other game I can't decide who to favour. I would prefer for Belgium to pass just because of their attacking and very watchable style of play but France is a tournament team and their defense is more than ready to keep Lukaku and co away from the goal while being dangerous in counter attacks.

From the depths of the existing squad, France actually has a very good opportunity for this and in fact even at Euro 2020 they are predicted to be champions.
but unfortunately sometimes this French game is not stable even though it is strengthened by players who are quite capable in all fields.
I don't know what's the problem here when with players who are really good in all areas, France is still not stable in performance.
even when looking at the current fifa rank, the position of france dropped to 3rd position overtook by brazil.

I think Italy will win today and the odd is really good considering that they are playing at home,odd is at 2.25 which is really high for a team like Italy.I think they will win easily against a team like Spain which isn't in their best condition,having failed the Euro and losing to Sweden and teams of not that really high caliber.We should take profit from this odd and even to be sure play a handicap game of Italy starting the game 1-0 at almost 1.5 odd which I believe it is a sure bet.

However in gambling things like sure bet don't really exist so do your own research before betting blindly following my advice.
