1 Hour ago, CoinedUp tweeted:

[Status] All UNO markets have been removed. All open orders will be cancelled. Please withdraw your UNO at your earliest convenience.

If you have Un at CoinedUp, better go get it.  I'm pretty sure most of you don't. This market has been inactive for many months. Nobody traded there because, well, there are just better markets for Uno.

They also quit markets for 365, WDC, QRK, and GRS today.  They're now offering free trades in their Doge/Ltc markets, so it was part of a larger strategic move for CoinedUp.

I wish CoinedUp all the best, and I thank them for serving us these months.   But the truth is they couldn't compete against our better markets.  Having GOOD markets is what we want for UNO. Marginal low-volume exchanges are for marginal coins.

By the way, this would be a *great* time to send Bittrex a very friendly tweet, email or support ticket and tell them how excited you would be to trade Uno on their exchange.

A couple of you guys battled it out on Cryptsy a few hours ago. I watched it.

Someone tried to corral the market with a 500 uno sell wall and 300 uno buy wall that were only 1 satoshi apart. It sat like that for about 15 minutes.

Then one of you swooped in and bought up the sell wall.  The buy wall then ran back to the sideline.

Nice! Smiley

Few buyers are showing their hands right now, but the money is there on the sidelines, ready to swoops in to buy up low sell orders. I saw it today. Don't wait too long, or you'll be chasing Un.

It was a great day to buy some UNO at bargain basement prices...

Cryptsy price is still really low. Where do most of you buy UNO? Mintpal or Cryptsy?

so we are now waiting for the last dumpers to dry up, right? Coinex obviously is done.
Next pump will be epic once the reversal happens.

Someone should take up the task to talk the bullion-dealer into accepting Uno what Vector.iso suggested. Pleae make sure that guy is trustworthy.
I'll be trying to get my local bullion-dealer to accept Uno, too. Until we have that you can still message me for a private exchange metal to Uno if you don't want large amounts, so that service is kind of already there for private people wanting to swap a little with each other.

Got the latest Windows binary and running XP SP3 here, wanted to setup the classic wallet, which has worked fine, I've loaded the blockchain, however every attempt I've made to use the -datadir="D:\CryptoCoins\Unobtanium" command line option has failed, it defaults to using the one in my applications folder.  Even tried the -choosedatadir option, which seemed to work, brought up the dialog ok for changing my path, did notice it had the backslashes reversed in it ('\', instead of '/') though.  Anyway, no go it still used the default apppath for my wallet, peers, log & chain files.  Even did some registry snooping to try and find a variable that had it set, could not, so posting here for ideas?

I'll tell you now that i will make a tour in 2015 across european festivals of all music-flavours and try to get as many celebrities as possible to a) accept Un for their products and b) get a picture of the artists holding the Un-logo
You are going to get Rock-musicians (all sub-generes), comedians and Techno DJ's to advertise Unobtanium in case price for the coin rises a decent bit so i can afford the promo-tour.

So speculative gains from Un will be kind of reinvested. There is going to be a decent promo-tour in 2015 if everything works out how it should. Just a little announcement Wink

Ok, lock & load, boys. Smiley

Does anyone know where Bittrex' ANN thread is? I think it's this one... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=463202.msg7989948#msg7989948

I'm not the only Senior member here, am I?  If you have friends who are Senior/Hero members, can you contact them right away and ask them to support Uno with Bittrex?
Even if you're just a lowly "Member" like Coinweaver, let them know anyway.  Hell, you've got more money than me so they should listen to you first.

some numbers for you:

after next halving the blockreward will be 0.03125 per block.

That makes up for an amount of only 15 new Un minted per day (!!!)

So 15 Un will represent the total output of new coins of a day of the whole network after next halving (roughly 80 days from today) .
There is going to be only 450 new minted Un per month after October. If you consider that, these current prices are ridiculus.
That sellingpressure is unsustainable Wink

Those guys of you out there holding 500+ Un: you are holding more than a whole month worth of future network-output. Do not forget that and don't leave too many coins on exchange so no coinex 2.0 arises Wink

I'd say Unobtanium is one of the best coins for speculation currently.

I'm pretty slow, so this just hit me: Maybe Bittrex means posting in the coin's ANN thread. I may have gotten that wrong.

Just in case:  "As a Senior Member, I strongly endorse adding UNO to Bittrex."

Lots of good stuff also being written on the Bittrex page as well.  Smiley I don't think it will hurt us.

Nice to see some of that money coming off the sidelines.  You don't get too many chances at .002x or even .003x UNO. It's a limited time offer.
It does not take much good news to move Un.
