This Leicester city result against Manchester city is similar to what the score was when Brazil was defeated by Germany with 7 goals to 1. I think these are some of the greatest achievements of underdog clubs/nations at such elite levels. I saw the match and ManC were like almost gasping for breath. They had no clue and as a matter of fact I had no clue what was going on. The match ended and I was like, did this just happen?

I think ManC is still reeling from the after-effects of the fair play rules violation. Morale is low, confidence is low and it showed in their game. They were lucky that they got away with just a 2-year ban but they have to move past that. 2020 is about to end and they should get their act together.

Lot of missing players for both teams in today derby match Liverpool vs Arsenal, and both teams started great this season with two wins, but now they have to face each other. Liverpool was much better last season, but lost two time from Arsenal.
Odds suggest Liverpool is favorite here, and they are better on paper but I am not willing to risk home win with this odds.

I thought Arsenal would have grabbed an equaliser when the score was 2-1 because they were quite focused but Liverpool scored a third. Lots of positives for Arsenal to take from this game but Liverpool now moved in to second place on goal difference. Good game to watch.

Who would have thought at the beginning of the season just Leicester City, Liverpool and Everton would have a played 3 won 3 record and Aston Villa would have a played 2 won 2 record meaning these 4 teams are the only ones with a 100% record in Premier League

I understand. Well, usually the term 'derby' or 'local derby' is used when two teams from the same city are playing. It can also be used with a wider context such as same vicinty or county too. There is no set term for teams playing not from the same area.

Yes, Liverpool are in second place just behind Leicester. Those two penalties Vardy took were emphatic but that slight touch he used to scored the second goal of hit hat-trick was fantastic. Leicester ran over Manchester City.

Things are beginning to happen in the EPL as the table takes shape. How do you think the top 8 will look at the end of the season?

Should be another win for my boys on Sunday
No game is easy though but we really should be beating Aston Villa. I’m really disappointed I can’t go to Anfield atm, this is the best Liverpool team of my lifetime & I have to only watch games on TV. I paid for my membership card in the summer too, thinking we’d be able to get back into stadiums, damn it. Hopefully we are allowed back into stadiums before March.

Leeds vs Mancity

This Leeds team is very offensive leaving them at risk against City it's going to be a doggy game for pep but I expect City to pick full point Away they can't afford another set back this weekend Liverpool is on the moon time to close the gap they made alot of defensive blunder against Liecester City on Sunday which caused them a great loss so I'm back City to win.1-3



Manutd vs Tottenham

I'm expecting a mind game from Mou and his Tottenham new boys Bale and Reguelion against United all eyes on them to prove a point and united on the other hand has been playing like a university team this season depending on luck to win a game, the whole united team is on a vacation trip the only player trying to pull the team is Rashford. Ole on the other hand is trying to send a message to the team management about the season with his doggy team selections I don't really see luck on their side on Sunday I'm backing Totteham to win

Crystal Palace vs Chelsea

Chelsea need to be careful against this crystal palace team this season any mistakes you are gone on the other hand Chelsea winning depends on Lampard team selection I expect a backline of keeper Mendy,James, Zouma, Silva and Chilwell and a midfield of Kante, Kovacic and Havertz and front line of CHO, Werner and Tammy this is my predicted lineup, pulisic is zizi is still out maybe till next weekend so I'm expecting much from Lamp boys to win 2-3

Tottenham Hotspur 1-1 Chelsea

Tottenham Hotspur win 5-4 on penalties

Chelsea took the lead after 19 minutes and looked set to win the match but with just 7 minutes of the game remaining Tottenham equalised. At 5-4 Mount needed to score to make it 5-5 and keep penalties going but he hot the outside of the post and missed. Tottenham went through to the next round of the EFL Cup.

it is not necessary for both clubs to be from the same city to have a great rivalry and that their matches are called "derby". For example, Liverpool vs. Man Utd is the biggest derby on PL because of a great history among them plus these are the two largest clubs on the PL.
The worst thing for Liverpool fans is Man United to win the league and vice versa.

Yes it should be another win for Liverpool this weekend but as you said there are no real easy games in the Premier League any more.

It must be so disappointing for you not to sit at Anfield and watch the team play especially after you paid for your season ticket and now with the government dashing hopes of fans returning to stadiums before Christmas it must be heartbreaking. Anyway your team Liverpool is doing very well so that must be some consolation at least. Will they give you refunds for the season tickets?

I’m just watching Newport vs Newcastle, it’s 1-0 to Newport with only 35 mins to go. This would be huge if Newport could hang on, they’re several leagues below Newcastle. With the financial impact of covid & fans not being allowed to attend, it’d be amazing for Newport to get into the 1/4 final. The TV money would be really good for them.

It would be a financial lifeline for Newport if they manage to get through, the money is really badly needed in those leagues below especially for tiny clubs trying to survive - I see a penalty shootout deciding the outcome
