That's not the actual point. Most users use VPN to have a private connection and/or access those games that are restricted from their current region.
I believe, the phrase that you've quoted from Duelbits' TOS, in general, it only applies for those people that really came from banned countries of their business. Not those who use VPN just to access other providers. Correct me if I'm wrong.

The main reason why I use VPN is because my ISP blocks almost all access to websites that contain gambling and even binance which is a blocked for a long time so that many users from my country can only access it through the application, maybe you will face a decrease in internet speed if you using free VPN but I don't experience it in VPN premium but as you say you have to be ready to allocate funds and in my opinion you can share your account with your colleague so that you can share subscription fees, But don't ever use VPN to play on the casino where your country is on the restricted list

You are correct, the ToS clearly stated that they are forbidding the use of VPN for that specific scenario and not the VPN itself because that’s a clear violation of law which there license won’t allow. The VPN itself is not bad or against the law, It’s like a gun, It’s not good or bad but the purpose of its usage determines whether it’s good or bad.

Yes I also think this casino is one of the best vpn users friendly Although I don't know when or how long it will last . And yes most of the case when some players use free vpn which are not provide the best service then they face some errors. If DuelBits asked for KYC for a specific reason that can be bonus abuse or unfair advantage, ask the support and tell them you don't want to go for KYC then they will probably offer to send back the original deposit amount since no representative will be able to provide full information on a public forum. Well, in the beginning, we have all used VPN at least once to be able to access sites that we cannot do anything in our geographical location, it is to entertain ourselves, have fun and do everything possible to access, and well, it is normal that we want to do a withdrawal if we win, but I think that a casino should not have so much restriction in that case, as long as the player meets the KYC requirement, also not many of us do it, but when we register in a casino we do not read the terms and conditions and this is something key, because they always clarify all these things there so as not to risk things happening in the future and even more so that they are unpleasant.
