All explanations are clearly stated in the TOS so there is no reason not to check the conditions before they gamble on Duelbit, even though they are disguised as new accounts to complain but there is no way to blame what has been explained about KYC in the TOS

We may ask for additional Information according to our AML/KYC Policy for KYC purposes or for legal purposes (Money laundering prevention).

Have seen people saying who read that long list of the rules and avoid it but the casino has your approval that you have gone through the rules so it's your fault if any problems arises out of this.If not you should focus on the main points like deposit/withdrawal policy of the casino but crying after that is of no fun.

Yes I also think this casino is one of the best vpn users friendly Although I don't know when or how long it will last . His comment about posting ToS in the front page is just sarcasm. The user has an existing issue on Duelbits about his withdrawal and he is using the ToS against Duelbits since the ToS don’t mention that KYC is mandatory while he is experiencing and he is using it to make point.

The ToS states that they might apply KYC based on there assessment on user account so it means that they can required it whenever they want once they feel the account is into something which @brandonlang might overlook when reading the ToS.

I don't think this is any case because he was ignorant to read the terms that clearly state about the KYC implementation and he must have agreed to the terms before signing up for the account so do you think casino will let him withdraw the funds without the documents? Indeed a good news, I hope Duelbits can reach new partnership with bigger clubs e.g. Manchester United or Liverpool because it will gain more traffic for sure. That may be true, but there are ways to find if that's true or not. First of all, they could ask for you to show your passport and that means if you were in Madrid and Berlin, then they will let you go but if you can't then how did you manage to be in those places without having a passport that shows it? Simple right? That's how they can make sure that nobody plays with the VPN because that will never be resulting with something that will benefit you. In the end, it will hurt you and you shouldn't do it at all. I personally never did something like this with amount of money I was afraid to lose, even if it was frozen, I would have been fine since it was a small amount.
