This way I have had several bets accepted at odds I would not have wanted already....very annoying and unheard of. This will lead to a lot of unneccesary frustration among your customers and I urge you to quickly solve this problem.

I think not only the Duelbits but all of the gambling sites that has a sports betting and I don't see that as a problem but if they can managed to make it permanent then that's okay but that's how it is. I just checked it out for myself and you are right. It goes back to the default setting both on Firefox and Chrome after you refresh the page. To stop that from happening, don't refresh the page. There shouldn't be a reason to do it. The odds change automatically every couple of seconds without manual refreshing. Just be careful and don't act hasty without doublechecking everything. It's a gamble after all, sometimes the odds will work in your favor, other times they wont.

I just checked it out for myself and you are right. It goes back to the default setting both on Firefox and Chrome after you refresh the page. To stop that from happening, don't refresh the page. The reason why I keep refreshing the page, is because there is another problem: odds stop updating (at least for me) if you don't manually refresh!
I have had several times that I see odds of for example 1.60 and I click on them, adding them to my betslip where also there they still show up as 1.60. And then it gets placed succesfully, and then I check my bets section and they are there at 1.40 or something! For this reason I have to refresh the website to at least get the actual odds shown.

They needed that for the longest time. It is great to see them caring for what the customers want, it is not an easy task to want something like that but in the end they actually managed to do it. I can't say much about the current situation and how it is perceived by others. I can only talk for myself and say that there are a lot of people from duelbits who actually do something that the people want. Maybe it is a designer, maybe a developer, maybe a management position, maybe just a support staff. I do not know who reads it, and shares what people want, but it is obvious that they do care about what we say here and that matters a big time for a casino.
