Just checked out the new website and it looks a lot better (especially design wise).

I have to agree that the new design is a lot better than the old version, it looks more modern now.

What I don't get is that you will close this topic with the relaunch? Why is that?
Is it not better to keep this topic open so people can express their problems, suggestions, opinions...

I think they are going to have a new ANN thread to launch the new version, that's why they are going to lock this thread and they are still waiting for those who have issues with the old version so they give several days more before locking this thread.

When you decided to close the program, did you announce it anywhere and did you communicate it to the affiliate team? Since the affiliate page was unavailable for 2 months (according to what was said previously), did anyone know that it was unavailable because it got shot down?

No one was using it, and there was little to no revenue generated on that platform.
All affected parties received the relevant notification regarding the closure of the platform.

What is not true? You can't just vaguely throw around statements without context. When we asked you to explain and prove your point, you backed out of the discussion, claiming it's a "shit show."

I am not sure what to believe. I wanted to know for myself, but I give up. You are making accusations against efialtis, he is making accusations against you and your team. Every claim we make we are supported by verifiable evidence unlike the person manipulating the community for his personal gains. The same Community you trash in private.
Happy to share evidence of all the claims I made, all I am asking is a simple dispute of any of those claims by him, or should the Community request it, I will share.

They have several issues here so I think those problem exist will be hard to get solve but anyways its good to try and send them another mail to see if they will reply or not since if you didn't receive any reply from them then provably they don't have plans to pay you since if they have they will answer your ticket. And waiting for a week without receiving any reply is kinda frustrating as well bit alarming.

Their old site is not active anymore; try sending a PM to betnomi on this forum. They announced their new site some time ago, so there was time enough to withdraw your funds on the old site.

@babygun we are still working on the new platform, there is an issue with the chat where messages keep disappearing for this the chat seems dead.
we have a fix which we will push later today. The platform is relatively new and still rooting out bugs.

I looked into your issue and the reason why it wasn't processed was because you are doing arbitrage betting which is of course a breach of our terms and conditions.

We called him out to respond, justify his reasoning and refute the claims we made against him.
He either explain to the Community his actions or we will open an accusation against him of course with all the evidence we have to back up our claim.
On Saturday, if he doesn't respond to address the issue or remove the silly tag, we will surely act on this issue.

Your live support told me that low limits are usual for new accounts and that limits would increase after some bets (Obviously this was wrong as my limits did not change). For that reason I placed some (random) bets with stakes of 0.50 EUR per bet.
What kind of arbitrage betting is that?

I have only seen this now and your professionalism tops it all.

I have repeatedly stated the following - it is not a rocket science and it would be appreciated if you could for once simply respond to some super easy questions - what is there to prove from my side?

You terminated your affiliate program without informing affiliates (me having been an affiliate of yours, without notifying me) - is that right?
We were not able to check our affiliate stats for ~2 months since you closed the platform - is that right?
We do not know if there was any revenue made based on the above which automatically means we were not compensated - is that right?
Previously referred players (existing referrals so to speak) have not been and are not being migrated to your new platform - is that right?

So what exactly are you trying to prove here? Have you actually read my tag? It is referring exactly to what I posted for the third or even fourth time. Other affiliates in crypto space may not have a clue about the industry and just take it all, someone has got to try and raise the bar though.

Regarding player transfers: This is funny, we simply asked you back in the day when we started working together and when we actually generated a good amount of traffic for you - nothing happened behind people`s backs lol.
