Unfortunately, from my experience the cashout at Betnomi is not (yet) instant, i.e. your payout is usually pending for some time.

Normally, however, this is processed rather quickly and your BTC will be send to your wallet. I never had any problems cashing out so far.

I deposited 700$ usd on Betnomi on november 28th 2022. After a few bets in a period of 10 days, I realized that the sportsbook was blocking me from placing new bets, saying that my account was limited. I tried to withdraw my balance (824.38$ usd, so only 124.38$ of profit) but my withdraw was rejected. I got asked for a bunch of KYC documents, including ID, proof of address and source of income.

They rejected my source of income document because it was in french even though I live in a french speaking province. I sent them another source of income document in english but it's been 10 days now and still under verification.

This has been a real nightmare, my funds have been locked for the past 2 months and the support team is very unhelpful. I was wondering if I could get some help from the Betnomi representative here...

We do have a KYC procedure in place, but there are triggered under specific conditions such as fraud, suspected under age user etc
But as a general rule, not something you should be concerned about unless you are engaging in activities that violate our ToS.
As far as VPN usage is concerned, some providers do have restrictions on users using VPN, etc we are all for preserving user's privacy
so long as you are not using it to evade the restricted country ban if online gambling is illegal in your country.

I went through the exact same thing on Betnomi. I had 3600 usdt in there, got limited, wanted to withdraw my funds and after I completed KYC they banned my account. I have submitted a complaint against Betnomi and I have wrote about my issues in this thread a couple pages back.

Negative posts gets overlooked since Betnomis army of people shitpost when this happens.
