Strange.  

I am a fan of Serie A and I knew football is like a religion in Italy. I am not so sure like a man like you can miss football, miss Serie A and you are Italian and living in Italy.

I really love flares which were used in Serie A matches in the past before rules were tightened a lot. It makes a very special air for Serie A matches which can not be seen in Premier League or La Liga. I am a fan of Serie A since 1990s so I knew how that air looked like.

Could you share why you don't like football?

In the day of 6 december i placed 2 bets(i can provide screenshot if requsted) with the id: 2684177285  and 2684185781 , the bets were the amouth of throw ins for spain to be over 22.5 and 22.1 in that order. ( only contacted now because have tried to contact curaçao license complaints but they are more invisible than you never got a reply)

If you check the information( i have screenshot if you need again) you can check clearly that spain had a total of 33 throw ins in that match so my 2 bets should be winning.

However when question why my bets were not settled as won the support decided they did not count extratime, however as you can see in the rules(again screenshot all in the day after if needed request me) ,they have no rules saying that extra time doesnt count to pre game bets on props , futhermore they do not even have any rules on football markets as you can see again in the rules. They then told me its because other sites generally dont count it( first you have no rules  and you are not other sites , second i can find you a  sports provider that counts overtime in champions league and european football to settle shots by player , passes etc if you want)

To futher counter their claims that extra time does not count to settle bets check both " in baseball extra innings are counted unless otherwise stated" and " american football rules also include overtime" , as you can see in both markets they include overtime to settle bets unless stated otherwise and as you can see in my bets there is not metion of only full time or no extratime so there no metion of extra time not counting

As i said already they did not even have any rules on football as a market and no metion of extra time in their rules , however in their rules as i said already they do count overtime or extra time in american football and baseball unless stated otherwise.

With this i hope you can see they did not only break their own rules and then lied to me when questioned about why , this site has been operating for years and they are clearly incompetent , i here by demand the payment of my bets otherwise i would like to see the removal of their license for breach of rules.

i have contact you several times in support , tried to get help but you say " its general rules of other sportsbooks , again i can find you a sportsbook real quick that counts overtime" when you have none of that in your rules even metioned.

also never even attempted to refund a user when you dont even have the rules , however i dont want refund as per rules i won my bet so i want full winnings please.

It's never been my cup of tea.
When I was a kid I wasn't good at it, and dedicated to other activities.
I hate the amount of time and energy spent analysing such a subpar show like Italian football.
I find other sports more entertaining (I might or I might not have posted other pictures here on the forum).

They took everything and closed my account after I completed the KYC.

They claim that I have abused the Sportsbook without telling me how. I have been betting on Betnomi since the start of the World Cup and I have been placing the same type of bets.
I started off bad and was losing at the beginning and since I was on their staging/testing environment (betnomi.me) their manager Sorsis e-mailed me and urged me to open a account on the actual website. Sorsis even wanted to give me 100$ for the trouble but I never took it.

Betnomi cashed out to me on numerous occasions before, I still don’t know what I did wrong since they won’t tell me. Every withdrawal is manually reviewed, so how should I be aware that I have done something wrong if they haven’t stated anything in nearly two months? No warning, no heads up, no nothing.

I had about 3,6k usdt in there. What really bothers me isn’t the money really, it’s that they forced me to do a KYC where I literally gave them everything but my shoe size.
If you are going to close my account, why are you forcing me to do a KYC first and ask for source of funds? That’s some foul shit.


Their attempts to mislead and distract the forum is so obvious and pathetic. This dude bislom was right all along.

Yes, that's right! 2x5$. But I am 2 times in the list with $10 each. I thought it was $10 through your free raffles and another $10 for this free raffle. Betnomi sent me a PM and said I also get a free bet for that. Thought the free bet was the other $10 off the list. However I'm sure I'll get the free bet a little later and the two entries from the list belong to your free raffles. Either way thanks for your help and thanks again to Betnomi.

Eeeh... can you tell us again how to use/activate it? I've been looking for about 15 minutes now and I can't find my freebet on the website. It's not under the "Bonuses" menu item and it's not available when I select two football matches with 1.60 odds or higher.

Any ideas? What am I doing wrong?

/edit: I also got an email yesterday, saying that I got a $5 World Cup freebet, but I guess that's outdated? At least if, I click claim freebet in the email nothing happens.

/edit2: Now it somehow works and the freebet button shows up if I select two or more bets (I did exactly the same what I did before - no clue what changed). You guys really need to put some work into that feature. Pretty confusing, tbh.  

It also tells me that my freebet is available until May, 02nd 2023 - that's a little longer than seven days, I guess.

The free bet is a multi bet. That means you have to click on two football matches with minimum odds of 1.60. Then the option to use the free bet will appear on the right. Hope this helps you.

That's exactly what I did before.

Two Bundesliga matches with odds higher than 1.60 - and nothing happend ealier. That's why I was so confused. I was using Firefox as a web browser.

Anyway, it works now and added another matches for the $$$. Wish me some luck, haha.
