I believe Betnomi has a big community at twitter and therefore you publish such competitions on twitter. Bitcointalk is another forum / media and you have a lot of gamblers who follow your thread here. Why not also publish those competitions on this ANN thread too ?

Why we go to the twitter to find these offers ? Don't you consider the gamblers from bitcointalk supporting your site ?

This was exactly the same thing Punt.com was doing, posting bonuses on there telegram channel and posting about it on their bitcointalk thread, they did this until some of their users started complaining just as you did here.

Personally, from the way i see it, i think the reason why this casino share bonuses on their social accounts and neglect this forum is that on this forum, they cant really see the number of their followers or subscribers , so they are not sure, so this is why they it is preferable to them to post such bonuses on platforms where they have a figure as a representation of their followers.

And also, sharing those bonuses outside this forum and posting about it here is also another strategy they use to gain more followers, since any user who comes here and sees that post and is interested in the bonus, will have no other choice but to follow them twitter or whichever social media involved.

I can see some scam accusations against Betnomi in this thread and the betnomi team needs to address them before the people perception of this casino changes.
One reason maybe the new year holidays and lack of staff to process the complaints, but then if this is the issue or any other, they need to communicate it to their players, so the panic is not created when people are unable to get their withdrawals.

Exactly, when such a delay happens having a close communication with their costumers is the very best that it can be done to alleviate the doubts of their clients, obviously a delay on the withdrawals is always a problem but when we add all what transpired during the last year then people are very nervous, even if during the last days the market has recovered a little bit, so it is important to recognize the circumstances surrounding this delay as they are not optimal and they are causing people to panic more than usual, however I am sure this will be resolved given enough time.

Yes I agree. They even rejected my "proof of address" when I literally gave them an official government document from the tax agency. On that document it even says where I was born.

Thats absurd, this is disturbing to read. Even regulated sportsbooks in my country accept funds that has been coming from wins in sportsbetting.

However, I have sent betnomi transactions from my investments in stocks for the last 2 years. Official documents from my bank. Just let that sink in. It's crazy, they know more about me than most of the people around me. I can't believe I talked good about this book and recommended it to a lot of my friends. This even makes me look bad.

Betnomi uses data and odds feed from company X (company X handles all bet settlements and calculations). On day z, you contacted our support team to complain about this bet.Our team explained to you that the bet was correctly settled as a returned bet across the entire company X partner network (It is standard practice to return such bets or abandoned matches).

As a show of good faith, we reached out to company X to reverse their decision and resettle the bet as a win and bring the case to an end. However, shortly after this was done, our risk team identified dacat0r0r (your account) as a fraudulent user based on Betting pattern and upon checking activity, it became obvious this is something you has done across multiple sportsbooks.  To remedy the situation, we requested dacat0r0r (your account) complete identity verification.

You provided us with "Bob" as his first name and had "Bobster" on his ID card also, provided "Feb 20, 1234" while the date of birth on your ID card was "Feb 13 1234" (information changed). Due to a mismatch between the information you provided and the information on your ID, our automated identity verification service provider (veriff.com) declined verification. We had to manually correct this information for the verification to be successful, this process took about 2 days which is usually relative to our workload. As for the document confirming the address, we have approved the utility bill you provided, but unfortunately we cannot approve the screenshot of the betting history from some other bookmaker in the form of source of funds.

Clearly, screenshots of winnings are not an acceptable form of source of funds.

If the support team is responding to your chats and telling you to be patient that you will receive your payment or you can withdraw the wins then I will advise you to patient because positive response brings positive result. Probably there is a technical issue on the withdrawal. This also happened in the Fiat banks withdrawal system. There are some times you can only deposit but cannot withdraw. I've been on most of the casinos in the regulated market in my country and they have always accepted if I have stated that my source of funds has been coming from wins from sports betting. As long as I can prove it with transactions from the sportsbook. Never an issue.

I have nothing to hide either, I'm just being honest. When it comes to the crypto I placed bets with on Betnomi it's all winnings from sports betting. Thats the truth and it's all on the blockchain.

But if Betnomi wants to know and see the transactions I made from fiat into crypto I can prove that as well.


However, I will wait and see if they accept the documents I have sent them from my investments and see how it goes.
