I've been following the post since 2 days ago and first of all, conGRAWtulations for this awesome job!
I'm really dying to have my fury week two here Cheesy

Any chances to distribute them from Europe, partnering with somebody? I'm creating my business now and it would be great to partner with you guys (for distribution). Well I guess we could discuss it by email Smiley When is it a good moment to talk about it? Since I understand you're very very busy now with the launching of the week one minners.

And for reactor... seriously, don't you have anything better to do in your life than being crying here? How old are you? Your life must be pretty sad. You're getting a FREE raspberry pi with an SD card, the guys at GAWminners seem to be pretty helpful, the minners are even reporting more hashrate than promised... what else do you want? I own 4 raspberry pis and i'm glad I'm getting another extra to control my fury. Please, stop that childish posts, it doesn't help anybody.

Brand new poster who doesn't like me.  This is becoming a pattern.  Josh must be bored. Smiley

And I'm mad because Josh lied, once again, about the shipping info.  Was not updated yesterday.  Not going to hold breath for software link today either.
This is funny because I had nothing to do with GAW, I don't know Josh and if you look at my ip address i'm probably on the other side of the world. Anyway, take it easy, go to take some fresh air, I don't know what else... but you're really annoying, also with your post in reddit (i'm misatillo in there, if you want to have a look at my user so you check I have nothing to do with GAW).
Every day you invent a new complaint about Josh's lies, let's see what's next Wink

Any chance of getting some inside photos of the hosting facility?

Would you let a customer visit the facility?

Curious about the hosting facility as well.  Any chance it is being undertaken with Verne?  I'm wondering how many smaller companies (sorry) like GAW and CloudHashing are going to be able to cram into these facilities with the likes of BMW and other big-name industrial giants starting to warm up to Iceland for the cheap power.  Probably lucky if you have a contract in place right now.

Also, 8am EST on Tuesday the 27th.  No tracking for a week one Fury or the accompanying zenBox.  It's no longer the 26th in any part of the world, it's actually Wednesday some places, so your statement that tracking was going out yesterday turned out to be a lie.  Please update tracking instead of running lip service on the forum or making up contests.  Request from a paying customer.

If you are online and can delete posts, you can answer why tracking is still not updated.  I'm only posting this because you lied and tracking has not been updated and I would like an update since in theory my miner shipped now three full days ago.

They didn't say "tracking will go out on tuesday of wherever you are". Tracking is going to go out tuesday of where THEY are. They work on EST time, so they have another 16hrs to get all tracking updated.

Also, do you have an idea how long it takes to update over 5000 tracking numbers?  Hint: a long time.

People like you are why I stopped selling on ebay, despite my power seller status. Nothing is ever good enough.

If it's anything like my GPU rigs (motherboard sitting on motherboard box, PCIe extensions sprouting from everywhere, etc.), I'm pretty sure I don't want to see the GAW data center.

I would think they'll get it cleaned up and post some shots from in there. A nice clean looking setup would be great for marketing.

Thats correct Smiley

What's the hosted hash for a Widow? Mine seems to be hitting 13MHs but no higher. Just wondering if this is the norm or is there something wrong with mine. I'm also seeing a lot of errors.

Why do you even bother reactor, got too much time on your hands? Looks like your daily job is posting negative comments about GAW.

I DO NOT know reactor in any way and have only been fallowing this thread for a couple days,I can understand why GAW are deleting his posts but it is a double edeged sword to do so.
As a potential new customer waiting to send several thousands of dollars to GAW it would give me alot more confidence to see reactor get the software he asked for,get his tracking # and/or his hardware delivered, say so here and go away happy. But how would I know this has happened if you keep deleteing everything he posts?.

if people don't like what he says or don't want to read his posts, use the "ignore" option under his avatar or don't complain about him

Good Morning Guys,

Just an update on shipping!

I said they would be going out last night. And they did, and they are still going out. I have a person working full time to send them out. Whats taking the time is they are verify each tracking number to make there has been an update. We have learned that if the tracking number is not updated by the time the person gets it, the first thing they do is ask why. We are trying to avoid that confusion by verifying and calling to get the tracking number updated before its sent Smiley

I wish this was the case.....I already told this user I wold provide a link to the software, well before any of the post they were making. I just did not have a date at that time. Rather then waiting for it, they posted over 20 post about exact same question, as if I never said anything about it. Even though they confirmed they saw it.

Additionally, I have offered multiple times to refund the purchase.

I understand, don't get me wrong I'm NOT trying to defend him as I don't know all the details. I would just like to see him admit in here that he got his stuff and be gone.

There is always one such customers for every product - this has been going on since the first days of BBSes.  Back in the heyday of e-mail forums, my favorite TV producer, JMS (of Babylon 5 fame) was online about 4 hours a day answering fan e-mail.  At least he was the first couple of years.  Claimed the fans helped keep him honest, and made him think harder about everything he wanted to do in the show.  By year 4, he had pretty much disappeared, with apologies to his support base, but a few ruined it him.

As a coin developer, I have the same problem.  Lots of great customers, and one minor, ah, miner, that will bitch up a storm on Twitter, all the time saying he would like to go private (with him having my personal e-mail), about things that have gone wrong... things that I had written to him about and asked him to change.

*sigh*

Such is the world we live in.

That's because you're doing it wrong reactor. You made a thread where you call GAW a scam and have it in your signature, which means your every post insults this business.

"Make no mistake between my personality and my attitude. My personality is who I am, my attitude depends on who you are."

I am all for information to help potential buyers with company issues, but there has not been an overwhelming amount of complaints, so after a while it gets to be like crying wolf. Not saying he is not having issues, just work it out in private.

Both sides should take a step back and look at it from each others point of view and make compromises. I am not a relationship counselor, just deal with a lot of people with tech issues. Some complain to everyone and their brother, (who can do my job better anyway) and when you finally get a help desk ticket they forgot they turned their wireless off. They don't go back and tell all of the people they complained to that it was their fault. Smiley  Others are very easy to work with and you build relationships and trust.

If two sides are very upset at each other it usually means they care deeply about something. Common ground folks.

I've been a customer for awhile and have posted a positive "review" of GAW before but I thought I'd toss up something else. I'm still a bit noobish here at bitcointalk but I'm pretty active so hopefully I won't be accused of being Josh. If that does happen I want the accuser to find the keys to my Ferrari because I misplaced them.

Anyway, like others I've had to use the support system with my Blades many times because they are finicky beasts. I have one next to me to prove that and the GAW hosted Blades are actually more stable which is pretty nice. In any event, Joe, Luke and Jeff have been pretty good at getting things resolved and while they are not as fast as I'd like sometimes it always gets done. On the fast part that is partly my fault because I set the bar so high I expect immediate results! Lol, you know what I mean when you discover you've been losing hash for like an hour and you start sweating... Usually a good time for a beer.

Josh and I have had a back-and-forth also but he's been pretty straight with me and when he says he will do something he comes through. For example, I snagged a late hosted Black Widow that looks like it wasn't supposed to be up on their site but was there... I bought it just the other day! He could have said sorry, that was a glitch lets work something out next week or week three. He didn't. He got the Widow hooked up and it's hashing away (12.9something average MHs.)

I don't feel like I'm being scammed. I feel like I'm getting what I paid for. I will buy from them again.

Above all, this is the most important comment that has been stated about this subject.
He removed it, maybe you could stop deleting his posts for a while, let's see if he can behave.
