The match is not very good but the Netherlands know exactly what they want and how they will achieve it.
It is an experienced team that knows how to play for results.

The United States had the better of the first 10 minutes of the game, but the Netherlands had one good chance in the 10th which Memphis Depay finished perfectly. The United States dominated the attack in the first half so it had several opportunities that were not completed perfectly, the Dutch defense was still quite solid until the first half ended. Daley Blind scored again in the extra minutes of the first half ending, so the score was 2-0 to win the Netherlands.

after watching some matches, I will begin to question the reason why some coaches bench some particular players. although Barcelona team has some good players but Memphis is not supposed to be playing from bench. The guy has a lot of energy and strength to penetrate any defence.

It does not matter who Argentina face they will always the odds in their favour except games against Brazil. But if we look at the Australian team and how they were able to progress from there group beyond all odds then we shouldn't rule them out. Although I will predict an Argentina win but something tells me the South Americans will suffer another upset against the Asians.


I had long predict this match to be an evenly balanced contest and it is taking its toll. But teams aren't a star studded team and are driven so far based on team spirit. U.S don't have any hope of equalizing this match because i believe that the two (2) goals by the Netherlands is due to knockout U.S because the match is remaining some minutes, because theirs nothing u.s can play to equalize the match, when you see the performance of Netherlands you will notice that they are desperate to win u.s, now u.s have score 1 goal and it's remaining 1 goals to equalize, which i believe that Netherlands will like to defend the match otherwise it will end with penalty.

This match was not important for Brazil. Despite losing this match, Brazil became group champions. But the defeat against Cameroon is shameful. Cameroon is one of the weaker teams in this year's World Cup. My prediction was that the match between Cameroon and Brazil would be a draw. But Brazil lost the match. Brazil's players had plenty of chances to score. But Brazil's attacking players were unable to score. It was Brazil's striker's failure to not be able to score despite the easy chances.
