Like I've posted multiple times, check the block chain for your numbers.

Stage 1 (1 BTC): 330 million
Stage 2 (1 BTC): 200 million

These figures are based on the current amount invested

I checked http://edgecoin.info/investors.html
it says 0.16 Billion for 1btc in 1st stage.
Amount(BTC)   txid/transaction link   Percentage   Coins(EDG)
1.14   99069d742e2974afff685269b490d59e548ebee41facf0c65891d15ca2588e2d   4.13%   0.18 Billion
1   b6dbf65e23a12197f6a3665659afad24354050e34d3f9b40f61aecdb1d1c5c65   3.62%   0.16 Billion
Did I miss something?

And the 2nd stage investment is not updated.

I've mentioned throughout the thread that we stopped updating the list. It's much more efficient to just ask me how much you'll make + checking the blockchain for confirmation.

I guess you are wrong.
50 billion*15%=7500million
direct investment alone is around 50 btc now
Average of 1st and 2nd stage: 7500million/50btc=150million/btc

how could it be as you said:
Stage 1 (1 BTC): 330 million
Stage 2 (1 BTC): 200 million

Just noticed it says multipool in the title. Will this work like many other POS coins multipools?

Indeed! We'll have one ready for launch.

will there be a fair launch ... ie wallets in password protected zips prior to launch?

why no kgw at launch... you will get hit with multipools at once if not?

After watching closely at the recent mega-blackcoin-bubble and trying to understand the mechanisms I have one question.

Blackcoin also promised 'fair' distribution, and it did look fair at first. But when the top bagholders put 500BTC sell walls in after the crash the coin is basically held down by beached whales as nobody wants to buy into it now.

I want to invest in this coin, but if the coin looks very good and then becomes a bubble we're going to see beached whales again that hold the price down forever.

Fair distribution is hard, and whale-miners don't know how to exit the market properly without killing a coin.

Do you have any comments ?

Yes, we will be doing the same with the open beta. The downloads for the open beta will be available tomorrow by the way.

No, Edgecoin will likely not immediately become the most profitable coin as soon as it launches, or be listed on any major exchanges.

The community doesn't want KGW/DGW immediately on launch, this only positively affects the coin.

I am new to the IPO thing.  Do I just send through my wallet or exchange address?  Also, it states that the IPO amount will be sent to the address I send.  What does that mean?  We don't have a Edgecoin Wallet yet.

I appreciate the help!

That's one of the MAIN reasons we have an IPO! Smiley

The top bagholders are the ones interested in growing Edgecoin to new heights, they paid for it after all.

KGW is a good way for launch.  Helps miners get set up and going.

For safety reasons it's better to send from your wallet Smiley

You email us, we will respond to that address (email) requesting your Edgecoin wallet information on launch.

Not according to the majority. It gives early miners (first hours) a chance to earn a lot of coins, rather than the very very first miners (first 5 minutes)

Our top investors hold around 0.5-1% of all coins.
