I would rule out these rumors as Galatasaray already spent huge amount of money without European cup participation and they have too many attackers. Maxi Gomez looks like someone who would help for sure but it doesn't look like they could actually afford him that easily neither. He is just a substitute player for Mbappe now so PSG seem willing to sell him. The only problem might be related to finance for Galatasaray. Icardi's current wage at PSG is 9.6 million euros.
