If fit Quansah can't get more than 45 minutes of game time against Ipwish, what hope do I have that he'll start the next game? The problem is that I have nothing left in my bank and can't get a 4.5 player anymore.

My plan to save my transfer also got thrown out the window. Porro was loaned out, so I swapped him in for some 4m guy Harwood -- honestly don't know who he is but he seems to be a starter, and I thought, well, they actually outplayed Spurs at times and Nott Forest might have trouble, who knows? Saints also like throwing up their defenders for corners.

Still considering pulling TC chip on Haaland this week but I will probably not do it. My way to jinx no Haaland drafts since he is hauling big now for sure and I need to overtake Salah only drafts 

Almost fell for it, but everytime Halaand is hyped, he usually underperforms. A better week for Salah as captain, but I don't have him. I want Halaand to only score a brace so I don't feel upset about not using TC.

It looks like a game where Haaland can score a hat-trick and two goals already, and it does not look like a bad decision for those of us who used TC on him.

I was lucky with Adingra too; he came off the bench with less than ten minutes of play to still get an assist.

Smith Rowe with the first goal for Fulham. He can score another.

There are so many people who used TC boost for Haaland on this week. As we are still at the very beginning of the season, it has made me surprised to see this many people using boost even though it isn't a double gameweek. However I find this decision very reasonable. Especially after the first 15 minutes, I also regretted not to use TC.

I am not interested in using this chip at this time of the season because there will be better opportunities to play TC later in the season and particularly in the double gameweeks.

Even without using this chip I've done really well, going up 10 places already and that is before Arsenal have even played yet.

Using the Triple captain chip on Haaland wouldn't have been a bad decision if anyone had him, this season's FPL is going to be a completely different one, it has been said that there will be a very few or no double game weeks at all with the way the FA has scheduled the fixtures.


Haaland has been very well rested coming into the season with the entire summer off duty...

After a terrible first week for me i had to use triple captain on Haaland just to get back into the race and it worked perfectly. But that Garnacho goal will make me crazy cant believe he hit zirkzee on the line and took 10 points away from me

3 goals and 3 bonus are already very nice for TC chip. If he stayed on 2 I would have been happy with my decision to not use it just yet. As it is I feel a bit bad but still upside of the double GW feels better on paper. That being said my TC always fails so thank me for not using it.

Wow, I think everyone picked Haaland as captain this tour (even me haha) but I didn't activate the triple option. Apparently this was a big mistake, since I will now have to wait a long time for more obvious opportunities in the entire tournament (and it is not a fact that they will be realized like yesterday). It looks like this season will be just as fiery for Haaland as the first.

This is an example where you pick a triple captain matches like this. But not satisfied with my team this is only to get me back in the race and i think i used this option too early in the season

Yeah, using TC on Haaland was a smart call - although I will use it during the DGW. It will still probably underperform Haaland's points from this round.
Silly not to use it in my position considering that I will not have Haaland throughout the whole season.

Still in decent position though simply by having him so overall a good weekend, even though icopress, the person I have the biggest bet against, went with him as TC.

Chelsea and their entire squad are really going to have the FPL disrupted over the coming game week with the popular likes of Muniz, Eze, Isak and Watkins all blanking again this week and Chelsea seem to have a lot of bargain for Mid priced players in attack, It really will be interesting to see how divided the community will be.

Palmer, Salah, Saka, Haaland is there any manager that was able to have all four of them in their team while still being able to put together a not so bad defense and/or bench.

I’m keen to see ideas of having all fantastic four and the cost implication on the rest of the entire team.

Not a good GW to be without Chelsea assets, eh?

Let's see how crazy the community gets now, I still feel Chelsea's too much of a gamble.
With 3 players competing for every position, there's no player other than Palmer that is certainly getting minutes week in week out.

Overall solid round, saved by captaining Haaland.

He is definitely going to drop hard in price this week but it is more important to get Palmer IMO, before he becomes unaffordable. He is like having a second Saka.

Nkunku will fall in price today so hurry up if you want to get rid of him. I pulled the trigger immediately. Too much rotation in Chelsea and I don't see a way to afford Palmer. Only for Saka but I am not doing that. That is the beauty of FPL, you can't have all the players when pricing is good. Last season was way too easy to buy whoever we wanted.

It's disappointing that Nkunku wasn't on the score sheet today, but I still think he will improve this season once he picks up and gains more confidence. Of course, TC paid off for those who used it on Halaand this weekend—a very audacious move.

He was my dark horse this season but I'm in the same boat. Dropped him as I have to think Garnacho SHOULD start soon for united.... I actually picked up Madueke considering it'll be hard to sit him after that hattrick and the upcoming chelsea schedule is tasty. Earned 0.1 while doing so too!
