Was up for Icopress and am glad I did it, seems guy gave up on the competition when @Icopress found himself beyond the 10th position. Wouldn’t say it’s not a good season. [...]

I understood that I would not get into the top 5, so I made a big change in the team to prepare for this game week (I think it cost me 40-50 points). But I did it in advance so that my points would not be taken off this game week. Everything seems to be going great so far (the only competitor is cryptofrka).

The only thing that can stop me from winning this game week is if Palmer doesn't score in the next match and if Manchester United don't score a single goal. Even if everything goes well (which I don't really hope for), I need at least 160 to win the consolation prize.

40-50points deduction to get to this point, seemed like a plan that should strike gold in having to give up the contest for a consolation price. I guess there are many ways to win even while you’re under the radar. Had to revisit your team and seeing what is in place, including a DG bench boost, that’s something worth the try on nothing.

@Igebotz, finally got to get Jackson, he seemed promising amongst other contenders coupled with the DG but, at this point, his done nothing.

Hair style did P. Pogba no good, funny N. Jackson followed same path. I guess the encouragement from the legend Didier D. did well to shape him in the last days of this season.

Gvardiol got the highlight of the game against Fulham, not Haaland. Gvardiol looks to be taking shooting practice.

He’s the trick for the DG so far, just don’t know how I didn’t crack that one and went for Walker instead. He’s made a huge difference this week.

You two are the only ones with a full team of double-game week players, so you two have the best chance. While most of us around the top have 11 players yet to play you guys have 15. Should be enough for you. Especially now that our single GW guys did not do anything spectacular. Clean sheets from Arsenal and Everton and that is about it.

You'll be the one to ruin my chances. If we haven't discussed it, I think I would have kept Maddison instead of Richarlison - currently it's 4 points difference but if Richarlison does not recover it will be 6+.

I see that cls63 has negative points so yeah - I guess icopress and myself have the best chance of winning the round - although I don't like most of the fixtures my players have.

Raya was on 7 until last minute when he got yellow card for taking a bit long to return the ball. That was -1 point for yellow and dropping out from bonus points. Hate those last second point losses. But better that than clean sheet wipe out 

Hate them a bit less than recalculations like in F1, but yeah, hate that bit of random blemish on an otherwise great game.

I took a big risk this week and made 5 transfers by spending 16 points. It looks like this has worked so far. I have taken the 5th place back. I hope that I manage to win a prize by finishing the season in top 5. Otherwise this season is going to be a very big disappointment for me.

Still I'm going to do my best. When we think people in top 5 are going to win prizes I guess I'm the unluckiest person in this pool unfortunately. Still as I will win my rivalry with icopress unless there is a miracle on the last week, this will be a consolation for me.

I will double check once more before icopress sends all the awards but yes. Current holder of highest point in the round ahould be Renato297 with 155 points from GW 34.

This week was close and if Gordon/Isak combo managed to score some of theirs actions it would have been enough to overtake him. As it stands this is 99% his. Baring Haaland scoring 6 in last GW or something like that.

Watkins is a forward, he doesn't need goals! Assists are good enough, and he is getting bags of those. He might be one to keep next season given that Salah, Son, Saka are not like they once were.

Too early to even start thinking about those things. We need to see the prices for the new season. Palmer will be the biggest gainer for sure and I feel DeBruyne/Salah will be a bit cheaper.

Told you I'm never ending the season without a free bet, I was actually gunning for the season overall best but Halaand not scoring in the first game ruined my chances. It could have been a disaster to end the season without a free bet honestly.

We're really weak at CB and I think he'll end up there, but considering how slow we are offensively I think using him as a LB might actually benefit the team more.

I would play him as left back probably. We are week on CB positions but all the guys that played there were actually quite good. I just think Gvardiol has deserved to play on his best position.

Same goes for Stanisic, but I would rather see him as CB if necessary and Juranovic on RB.

Šutalo was but he's been having a horror season in Ajax. Dalić sometimes ignores club form but in this situation I'm not sure he'll be able to.
I hope Vida does not play a single second and others haven't really played with each other. Erlić is probably getting relegated, Ćaleta is a poor man's Dejan Lovren and Pongračić statistically had a good season but has 5 caps in total, all in friendlies.

That would be good, but I just know Vida will get his minutes. He had a solid season and generally, he performs ok for national squad. I don't like him as a player but I am quite sure he will be first choice or at least one of three CBs in rotation.
