5 transfers made this week, Haaland is back in, Gvardiol as well so I am hoping for the old City performance. Than good result from Forrest since I took a player in each line there and we are cooking 

Gonna be big disappointment in the end as usual.

I only need Halaand to replicate the 17 pointer against Brighton in the first leg and Cucurella goal that's all. The rest can be excused.

I think everyone got Haaland in this round when Salah is missing. Its just a question how many people did captain him for this round. Im still thinking of putting him on caltain or someone else,i think its time for him to score and do something big but its just a question if he is the right captain for this round. I got Gvardiol aswell in my free hit for this round.

I had 4 free transfers and took 1 hit. If Trent didn't get injured I wouldn't take a hit and I would just field 10 players. Since he is probably out for a long time I decided to remove him.

I’m probably going to be only person without Haaland for this week, it’s literally too late now since all my transfers have been made, and since Haaland is back for everyone he’s definitely getting the captain armband right ? It’s going to be a complete disaster if he hauls, I just wish he would take one more week break before he turns it around. I had to be rid of Arnold too, due to the injury and there isn’t significant value tied up with him anyways making the decision much easier.

You don't need any of those chips looking at your current team. If you have 1FT you only have to sell Isak and sub off Liverpool assets that's all. It's going to be a low scoring week anyway, no need to waste your chip.

I think this should be the easiest week to take points hit, especially if you have an incomplete team to field, so it’s technically two -2 points, provided whoever you bring in play for at least 60 minutes and doesn’t get booked.

This is definitely another option to consider, and I would sleep on it and then decide to make my decisions early in the morning before the transfer deadline.

It was a topic some days ago about how Newcastle defender Hall being ruled out for the season was going to affect the Carabao Cup final game against Liverpool. Things look a little more level now for both teams with injuries to key defenders.

I hope Newcastle can win that one; Liverpool already have the EPL.

I haven’t got Haaland on my team but, I might have just enough funds to on board him. Though, I’m looking for a way to get some differentials and haven’t really evaluated the likely result of the Manchester City fixtures yet. Would be getting rid of Salah for a free transfer and taking a 4 points hit yet again to get Isak out maybe. These point hits are going to ruin me eventually. It would make a total of 8 points within the previous GW and this. Hope it pays off though. The last one didn’t.

You're in the same shitty situation as Harkerode - how can you not have 9 players available for this GW, not that the blank GW was a secret to anyone, It was announced weeks ago.

Well, thought I'd either use a FH or go -8, which I didn't feel was a disaster.
Then VDB got injured and Cunha got a long suspension, meaning my priorities had to change.

I still didn't use a FH, think it be more important in one of the latter rounds. Went -12, assembled some kind of a team, I think I'll break even.

The only downside is that Haaland can ruin me with a good performance - I expect most of the pool will have him as captain. I picked Wood instead of Fernandes today, let's see if it's another one in the list of captain mistakes I made this season.

It’s a crazy day! Some people are hauling while most of us are crawling, 4 goals with zero involvement from Wood, Man City are just shitheads after all, I dodged a bullet from a Haaland’s hattrick I guess.

- No clean sheet for any player so far is a bit of good news, although some defenders got decent attacking returns.
- Most expensive attackers are just rubbish, maybe I need stop looking at how expensive a player is or how budget I’ve have left in the back, maybe If I did I would have had Jorgen Larsen.

I sincerely hope for a goal fest between Bournemouth and Brentford, I don’t have any defensive assets from either side but 4 players in total from both teams.

Williams/Aina had a bit of assist potential, Milenković a bit of attacking potential and Murillo a knack for bonus points. Big difference in the end.

Warned you about taking that much hits for some temporary assets, now you're stuck with an average squad till whenever you plan to WC.  FH would have done you a lot of good and saved you all the wasted -12 hits.

Wood is still the only forward for a very good NFO team. Why are you saying he is on path of destruction? Did you watch the game or just concluded that from result and no attacking returns? I didn't watch the game so didn't see his movements but I am quite sure he will be back to his old self soon. Getting 9 pointers with one goal in difficult matches that NFO wins 1:0.

Regarding Wood, I will almost certainly add him to my team in this reshuffle that I plan to do after this round.
No contributions in the last 3 games do worry me a bit though.

What happened to Palmer? I don't see him either in the squad or among injured players.

That with Son not starting surely threw a spanner to free hit teams.

Edit: seems like Palmer got some last minute illness.
