WTF, I thought the gameweek started today, after seeing the results of Nottingham Forest - Brentford this morning.

It turns out that the match was from GW34 and was played four days later.

How frustrating.  

It does start today with the City - Wolves game, so do your transfers/lineups accordingly.
Agreed that it was a bit bizarre that Forest - Brentford game was a part of the last GW and not this one.

Every new GW in PL starts on Friday, even if we don't have games on Friday. Doesn't matter when the games fall. That is why we get blanks and doubles. FPL deadline is something else and that one is 90 minutes before first game in that particular GW.


GW 34 winner is Rruchi man, nothing really special in his FH selection, just good overall picks and getting returns from most players. Congrats man, free bet coming your way.

I probably would have missed the deadline if I didn't make the only transfer I could afford yesterday, I didn't think Wissa for a -4 is the right move, but I made the same transfer as almost everyone else, that's Mbeumo. I can see a handful of us even gave him the captain armband.

I missed it aswell but wouldnt have changed anything. Really a hard round as it looks now,i think i might get low points because im all out of chips. O most all of my players are playing in an away game. I also made a crazy decision to captain Mbeumo for this round trying to surprise everyone. I think i might save transfers as well for last GW

You already know… I totally forgot the GW35 kicked off today with that Manchester City vs Wolves fixture. Didn’t make any changes to my team but, it isn’t exactly a disappointment as it is, looks like a well put together team considering what’s left on the bench.
Nothing in the early kick off for me but then, that’s okay too. Looking forward to what tomorrow’s fixture holds and hope Newcastle would be out to make up for their trashing over the course of GW34 with Isak and Murphy on the score sheet.

Not that bad week to miss the deadline. Most teams look fine as it is and it could even end up beneficial.

For instance I made Saka -> Mbuemo move which could backfire spectacularly if Saka starts. I expect him to be on the bench but who knows.

Saka didn't start when I felt he needed match fitness, so I'd be surprised to see him start today. Even if he does, Mbeumo has United - a team that will still rotate to make sure there are no surprises for them on Thursday.

Yes, expected Wolves to at least get a goal. Glad I didn't activate my BB this week. I took the -4 hit 6 minutes to deadline, I needed an Everton defense against Ipswich- my mistake was letting go my only Bounemouth defensive asset in the process..

I really do fancy Isak against highline Brighton defense though.

I had Sarr, Murphy and Rogers and I didn't want trade out another premium midfielder, so I did Sarr to Mbeumo. I was going to have Saka on the bench to be honest, but he felt like the good differential if he does get decent points, the question then became Rogers or Murphy, I left Murphy on the bench, I hope Saka gets a haul and Murphy being on my bench doesn't backfire too.

When a week wants to go wrong, it all starts with deadline decisions. Selling Huijsen and taking -4 to bring in an Everton asset was the biggest mistake of this GW.  FPL is fun anyway; who would have predicted that Bournemouth would come from behind to defeat Arsenal, and Huijsen of all people being on the score sheet. What a GW I was having.... Now all hope on Isak.

Saka played 85 minutes and nothing to show for it, he had at least two decent chance from which he should have probably scored, and double Arsenal defense is exactly what I have as well.

With Saka, I think I've got a very important decision to make next game week, Lol even though I can't help but have my eyes on Arsenal final game of the season, he's gotta go!!

Everyone sold Palmer a long time ago and it was bound to happen that Palmer does something. With Arsenal i dont know what is happening in premier league they are just dropping too many points and thank god i dont have any players from their team. Well i think 30 points is below avg honestly. 40 should be avg for this week

His replacement (KDB) got me 11 points and good fixtures ahead, my only regret was taking a -4 for someone who brought me zero point..

Mbuemo and Wisa are the best duo this season and the best FPL differentials for the season - they won't come cheap next season.

I took a -4pts hit to offload Saka and Rashford to get Mbeumo and Bowen. Turned out good!

I know the next player I will be tossing out of my team.

Nah, Isak did to be honest. I don't mind the goal, but he was nowhere near the bonus points before the penalty and then he jumped to 3 bonus after that goal.
Salah was always a gamble, initially I had Mbeumo. Can't complain there, my call, obviously a bad one. I'll still probably match you again - but your BB is worth 10+ points so it will be really close.

This round looked brilliant for me in 88th minute of the Newcastle game, and then Isak scored and Salah failed to show up. On to the next round
