Yesterday went really poor for me but today was very satisfying.    22 points in total from 3 players. I wouldn't like to disrespect Xhaka as he made an assist. But I wish I didn't bench Reijnders for him...

Watkins is just terrible man. I was able to give him chances for only 3 weeks honestly.    Got rid of him as of GW4 already. Now I see that I did the right thing.

He will be from next round onward, once all of us sell him. I say he scores 5+ goals in the next 3 games.
I'm surely getting rid of him though - all my other offensive options look so much better. I'll keep Richarlison rather than him, although Richarlison is a big rotation risk.

I am still not sure, I am selling either him or Wood for Haaland, whoever stays is out in next 2 GWs for sure.

Reijnders did some good numbers, but I'm quite upset that Reinildo picked up a red card, who knows If Aston Villa would have been able to score a goal if Sunderland weren'r reduced to ten men, now I have 3 free transfer but Tosin being benched at first and Reinildo red card might have me  tilt in other direction with my choices.

I decided to make him even my captain on this gameweek. I thought he would finally score some goals and it would help me make difference. But once again he was a big failure.

It was a terrible week for me in the end. I was able to collect only 33 points. I will try to use my wildcard in the right time. I'm really losing my patience with some players in my team now.

That broke couldn't make a single G+A contribution against weak Sunderland defence; if I were you, I'd let him go because the only reason some managers kept him was for the Sunderland game.  He'll just drop again now.

I kept Rogers because of the Sunderland game too; now there's nothing to hope for.  It's insane to go from 1st place to out for top 10; Halaand keeps destroying my ranking.

Enzo Mascara said that he had been struggling with his groin and was not fit for the game against United, but he ( Palmer) insisted on playing and lasted only 20 minutes - felt some sharp pains.

Not looking good, Enzo Mascara is not going to risk him again so maybe time to sell again.

He definitely will be out of the Brighton’s game because taking him off against United so early proved that they weren’t ready to risk him, good thing though is that there is an international break coming afterwards, which means extra week of rest for him and probably we could see him back in action. For me I have took the bold decision of going for Bruno Fernandez and with Manchester United fixtures looking more like good one I will see where it goes from here,

Aston Villa next few games are definitely not looking good most especially after the international break so with another blank yet again today many will be ditching Watkins and there will be more price dump for his holders

Watkins hasn’t faired well in the FPL since 2 seasons ago. I don’t have much faith in him to bring in the points this season. Haaland is gradually getting to rise but, having him and Salah on your team comes at the cost of having some players that might practically add no value to the squad.

Just when I was considering bringing him in my team, a £0.01 price deficit wasn’t going to let me except, I utilize 2 transfers to get it done, being looking at some Manchester United asset maybe.

If that is true, than you guys really are clown club and Maresca lost a lot of my respect. Season is just starting and you let your top player start when he is not fit? That is Sunday league football not professionalism.

Also those 2 changes to remove both Neto and Estevao when Sanches got red carded was dubious at best. There is whole game to be played, you know you will concede, leave one fast player with Joao Pedro up front and hope for some counter attack. If nothing else, give United something to think about. Or if you know Palmer is unfit, take him off in game where players will have to go above usual. This means Palmer is bigger than club and that is never a good sign.

It seems logical to assume Salah will not be anywhere near in contention to win the golden boot this season. If it is a penalty, it is safe to assume Salah will take it and score but other than that, Ekiteke and Isak will be getting a share of the goals. Maybe dropping Salah is not going to detrimental (on the contrary, it might allow a new player to add points to the teams).

Man calm down there's no Managers who doesn't make stupid decisions trying to keep everyone happy at some point. I agreed it was dumb idea to risk unfit Palmer in the last 3 games when there was absolutely no reason to. Hope he gets the necessary rest he needs to get back fully.

His inexperienced in-game team management was exposed there, but not everyone is Conte, Mourinho, Klopp, or Pep, who do not panic with 10 players and know how to get results in situations like that.

I don't think so, even Liverpool struggled a little against Burnley I can't see why Aston Villa will be better in that fixture + next stop is Fulham. I decided that it is enough of villa's assets for me and time to move on.

Ohhh again leaving a player with 9 points in the bench is incredible how in this season im having always a better subs than starters no matter what.

In other things, when i saw ekitike goals i start to think to myself "it was really worth and necesary the huge spend on Isak?", and the answer for the first question is NO, and for the second one we are still in a super early phase of the season to really know, but until now is also a NO. What do you think?

All my planning consisted of going for Haaland now - and then I forgot to actually buy him and his price increased.
I need 2 transfers to get him, my midfielder pick was Simons, whose price - you guessed it correctly - rose yesterday as well.

0.2 wasted, such a dumb move. These things, when added up, make or break your season. It's way too early to destroy my team value like this.
