Another round in which I lose silly points in the last minutes. 7 points difference for O'Reilly with that late goal - huge in a round like this, especially because he's partially a differentiator in the pool.
I really feel hard done by with him, taken off in 58th minute last round and now conceded in the 95th. 11 points difference.

Really unsure why, everybody says that. Timber plays all the time and carries more offensive threat. Gabriel is just more lucky when it comes to scoring goals.

He has been an unused sub for the last couple of games, so that means he is fit and okay. I believe the manager just doesn't fancy him at the moment and with Arsenal playing well and winning, he would have to do a lot to get back into the team.

I have used up my accumulated subs (2), but in the sitiation my team is in right now, i feel i have to make more changes and take a hit (-4 or -8). I have got Gabriel in though, so i hope he keeps up his form.

I think he was about to come on in the Bournemouth game, but that second goal that Kroupi scored for Bournemouth changed the plan for Arteta immediately; he knew he needed a player with very good defensive ability to slow the game and kill the game, and in that department, compared to Merino, who later came on, Eze cannot do that job well. He is more of a player who you bring on when you need to score or when you are already winning by a huge goal margin. Also in the last couple of games, we have had defensive issues, so players with good defensive ability have been more needed. Odegaard does that better, so it is expected he starts. Gabriel is back now, so with that defensive confidence restored, players like Eze can now be featured. With the six-point lead now, maybe we will see more of him.

Next game against Liverpool, I am thinking Odegaard will start still.

One of the Manchester teams has sent their coach packing with the sack update; Manchester United has relieved Amorim of his duties after the draw result with Leeds. I have to say that game was one of the most boring games I saw this season, Manchester United being lucky to come off with a draw in that game because they were abysmal.

Liverpool want to be patient with Arne Slot. As long as things do not get much worse than it already is and Liverpool remain within touching distance of the top four, then i think he would see out the season as Liverpool boss.

I also believe Ruben Amorim was not fired based on performance, because he has done okay this season and was beginning to find something that may have worked. I think he was fired because of his rant in his last press conference.

Sounds good to me, now everyone is going to rush to yeet out Dorgu and Cunha while I consolidate my points.
