Man City vs Brentford game have just ended with a cleansheet for Donnarumma so, I think I can categorically say I'm extremely contented with my performance for this week, because I saved up my Transfer, and I can't imagine how I'd be feeling If I had done Isak to Watkins, out of the fear of missing out, Watkins and Rogers barely even outscored Isak so it was a win for me, and Ndiaye also did have a good send forth game in my team with the converted penalty, since he's likely going to be out of my team soonest as well.

I tried to get the big fellow behind my net, I was just some £0.1 away from that transfer and I’m not surprised he managed to keep a clean sheet, his sure to secure more clean sheets in forthcoming fixtures especially now that Manchester City seems to be on the rise in performance, picking the pace.

Minteh wasn’t a great transfer success for me with just 2 points while Caicedo got a goal and over time 10 points to go with it. It wasn’t a bad GW in the end.

I bring in Doku and Pep decides to bench him today. There are only a few City players you can have in your team and be sure they will play, Pep always has a tactical tweak up his sleeves, lol. This gameweek was poor for my team, Richarlison and Doku starting from the bench were the biggest blows.

However, Salah usually scores against United, so i will leave him in my team up until that game. If he blanks again, i am surely going to drop him.

Liverpool lost again today! three losses in a row for the team, I think their defensive challenges is finally catching up with them. Salah a flop again today and his refusal to even make an attempt to help the team in defense is affecting them.

Liverpool have been very porous defensively. Konate and Van Dijk are not doing their job well enough because even in the games they have won this season, they have struggled to keep a clean sheet. I am happy with this result from Chelsea; they kept going and going until they gave Liverpool a taste of their own medicine, a goal in extra time of the game just the way Crystal Palace did.

That last goal 100% does not happen if Robbo was not subbed on. He seemed to have been carrying an injury during the game-winning goal.

This refusal to bench Salah is going to cost us. At least he is going for AFCON in a few months, so the withdrawal will be enforced...

The thing I hate most about wildcarding is that there are so many options - and I will go through them all and then be really pissed when player A that I did not choose outperforms player B that I did.
Tempted to go for Arsenal defence but it's really expensive. Defenders are racking a lot of points this season though.

The only sure decision is that Salah is out of my team, Isak will be priced out as well although I was sure I'd be going with him at the start of the season.
Liverpool doesn't look good at all so I'll be skipping most of their assets at this point in time. Mamardashvili looks interesting though.

Sigh, even with a WC my main contributors were the guys I kept from my old team -- Semenyo, Ndiaye. If not for Saka's pen and Haaland's winner I wouldn't have done much anyway. Suppose I should still be happy I didn't keep Chelsea/Liverpool assets who all got 2 points or fewer.

Like frka, I've finally done what I never done -- Salah out of my team. Wirtz was natural, he isn't even guaranteed minutes but for as long as Salah sees less and less of the ball (he was greedy last game but that's because he hasn't had games with enough balls to him).

Dubravka 4.0 + Mamardashvili 4.3 that’s just 8.3m spent for 2 starting GK, I believe that’d have been my play If I was on wildcard, it really does help with much more room for budget across the remaining positions especially attacking when the likes of Palmer and Saka becomes a necessity, and moreover looking at how long Alisson will be out for, it will be somewhat closer to the AFCON extra transfer window incase there is need for change.

Dubravka at 4.0 will always be a better option than Mamard for 4.3 I don't care how long Allison is staying out for. Both goalie are always going to conceed anyway but with Dubravka you have a chance to save 0.3m. combining the two is a disaster.

Burnley was great defensively last year so I felt they'd bring some of that to PL as well. That's why I actually felt that Dubravka will get some games.

I gave him one (Sunderland), he had a CS but that was his only one in the season. Burnley has 2 expected goals conceded per game on average so yeah - Dubravka is not really an option we will rely on.
He's got Leeds at home next, he might get that from me to be honest.

Liverpool gets the easier schedule end of November so Mamardashvili is not a great option - but it's an affordable GK in a top of the league team. Something to consider for sure.

It doesn't really matter in the end if you double or tripple up. Yeah it is though when they concede and you loose points on them all but it also boosts you when they keep a clean sheet.

I wouldn't mind triple Arsenal defense if someone still has wc, without it it is a bit too risky. Blocks a spot for Arsenal attack and makes you invest shitload in defense. They are all so expensive.

If you are definitely certain on your wildcard for this game week, it's the best time to monitor players price, you can improve your squad value quite significantly over this period, there are certain players who going to drop or increase in price, like if you have current player that you're likely to keep that is dropping in price just take them out before the drop, and then bring them in cheaper after the drop the next day or so, the same goes for the players you just intend to have on your team that are bound for price increment.

With a wildcard it won't be wasting transfers imo and one of the cardinal rule in FPL too is to not over spend a chunk of your budget on GKs, Dubravka as other have stated earlier made it relatively easier this season, I even believe this season we have cheaper starting goalkeepers on an average compared to previous seasons, so maximizing that leverage for a long term goal could be decisive too, or advantageous to say the least, I tried tweaking my team earlier today to see that kind of possible outfield options, I could have with a Dubravka and Mamar duo, and I really love it, to be honest! I mean I could afford Palmer, Saka, Semenyo, Saar, Haaland, Joao Pedro and all that without compromising my defense, and fluidity it could afford me, to play any formation, from the template 3-4-3 to 3-5-2 and a defcon oriented 4-4-2 all together.

I've seen the guy play and he certainly, in my opinion, matches his reputation. Actually also surprised he's not afraid to try distribution, and tries to be Alisson in terms of positioning. Handsome price and would have been in my team except Alisson's returning and as I said, his defenders are a riot.

Expensive keepers not really my game these days either. Not that I have any good game...

I think we are talking so much in advance and we have to be super carefull in this time because we are at the middle of a international break and everytime we comeback from it we can face some irregularity in the teams plus some players comes with injuries and in some cases with tiredness, so a lot of coachs can give some rest to key players who played with their national teams.
